The resort is beyond beautiful! The staff are top notch --- anything you need they are happy to assist. My room was spacious and relaxing! I traveled for business and could not ask for a better stay and conference location.

Okay, you Trippers, you have misled me. This place was okay, but not more than that. Hotel: Pros: The valet/bus boys were SO friendly and accommodating-always smiling, upbeat and ready with a cold bottle of water as your left for your summer excursion in Phx. Jenna the customer service manager is over-the-top customer service oriented, she was SO helpful! The... More

A few years ago, while on a business trip, we were "bumped" into this hotel from one up the road. We could never have been so lucky... My husband and I go back every year now; it is our favorite place to go. The property tells it's own great story, is at the base of Camelback Mountain, the staff are... More

My friends got married there on June 27th. Best wedding experience I have had to date and very accommodating staff. A beautiful backdrop of Camelback Mountain. Poolside and Bar staff were of the utmost quality and both places answered our requests of watching the World Cup games. Make sure you make use of the steam room in the spa. That... More

My wife and I chose Royal Palms to spend our wedding anniversary last week and we could not have chosen a better place. The hotel seemed fairly quiet when we arrived; not an issue for us but others might want a bit more pace. There are a lot of open spaces with lovely gardens and mountain views. Our mountain vista room was in a block overlooking a courtyard and view of Camelback. The room was fine, not massive but ok for 2 people.... More

This was a wonderful experience. The hotel is intimate, beautiful, and the staff very courteous. TJ Cook's provided a beautiful dinning experience, with both atmosphere and service. The meal was delicious. As we were celebrating a wedding anniversary, the complimentary dessert at the end of our meal was a wonderful touch to end the evening.

Great place to stay with a touch of authentic Spanish, Mediterranean, Hacienda style five star hotel ambience. Truly enjoyed the atmosphere even in 107 degree weather. Phoenix and Scottsdale are great places to visit. Don't forget to go 2 hours north to Sedonna--great place to visit.
