I absolutely adore this elegant hotel. The staff is nice, the surroundings are beautiful and the service is excellent. We have stayed at Royal Palms and so have our friends. Always pleased. The sunsets from my room were stunning. I love dining in their outdoor restaurant. Pool area is also very relaxing.

We recently stayed at the Royal Palms while visiting Scottsdale for the Barrett Jackson car show. We chose the hotel based upon other Trip Advisor reviews and the hotel's website. The pluses for the hotel are many. It is very quiet hotel with beautiful grounds and an overall spa-like quality. The winding paths to and from the entrance to our... More

We stayed here for several days over the Xmas break and can't wait to return. It is a hidden gem off Camelback Road and as soon as you drive in you know that you are in paradise. The valet people are awaiting your arrival and each one over the week were all friendly and welcoming and professional. The check in... More

The hotel has an extravagant yet homey atmosphere. As you wander around the property, there is almost always a quaint surprise waiting around the corner such as a fountain, water feature, a bench, a couch (!), beautiful flowers, fruit-filled trees, and much more. The employees were all friendly and would go out of their way to help in any way.... More

My husband and I stayed here over New Year's to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary. We both have wanted to stay here for quite some time and we are so glad that we did. As soon as we drove into the slightly hidden main drive, we felt like we were transported out of Phoenix and into some secret place. We... More

We have been guests at the Royal Palms since the 1990's. This was our first trip back in 12 years. The breathtaking desert landscape, the meandering walkways, and the cozy seating areas surrounding the outside fire pits are utterly alluring and tranquil. With Camelback Mt. as a backdrop and the hotel's plush aesthetics, guests are easily whisked away from busy... More

This resort has soul, a special atmosphere and is the perfect place to stay when visiting the area. On the border with Scottsdale, it is too easy to choose a nearby modern resort such as Princess (bland.....poor service...inferior food) or others which may be luxurious but do not have that certain something...which Royal Palms has in spades......on a good day....which... I have been t this hotel twice for corporate meetings. The facility is spectacular. The rooms are quite comfortable and spacious. great beds (TV was oddly old). Several swimming pools and hot tubs, open most of the time. Food es excellent. Staff was really attentive and helpful, even though I can say that they were more friendly the first time... More

Impeccable service, gorgeous property, fresh and outstanding cuisine, simply amazing spa, and perfectly relaxing pool. Ideal for couples getswsy or girls' weekend. The rooms are gorgeous and I highly recommend the Alvadors Spa Suite. Go between April and October for perfect weather.
