We stayed here for a few days during Spring training. The room was reserved via HotWire so I wasn't sure where we would be. The grounds are beautiful, the staff was great - there was an additional $50/day in parking and resort fees that I wasn't aware of. We showed up in our flip flops and ball caps and felt... More

My husband and I stayed here for three days. The grounds are beautiful and well tended, flowers everywhere. We ate at the restaurant, poolside, and ordered room service - great food, great service. Special props to the poolside staff - especially Rob - who made us feel like royalty. Despite fairly large grounds, the resort has a cozy, intimate feel.... More

Recently, we revisited the Royal Palms Resort and Spa in Phoenix, AZ. This was our second visit. Our first visit last year was a disappointment BUT this resort went above and beyond to ensure our return visit was exemplary. From the moment we arrived until the moment we had to say goodbye, we were pampered, cared for and relaxed and... More

I stayed at this resort with my daughter for a workshop. Very charming hotel with lots of vegetation, indoor and outdoor peaceful seating areas, the corridors, all very relaxing. You actually feel that you are staying at a hacienda instead of a hotel. The service at his hotel is outstanding. From the time you get greeted by the valet parking... More

All I can say is WOW!! Originally we were booked at another hotel and were informed that our rooms all of a sudden were no longer available for one night, so we fortunately found this little gem of a hotel to stay! I secretly wish that we would have stayed at the Royal Palms the whole time we were in... More

We travel often and stay here every month or 2. There's another beautiful scene around every corner. The staff is considerate and helpful. We enjoy the relaxed pool area. Breakfast is incredible. Be sure and try the Noble 7S bread. This place never fails to impress.

The good is the wait staff at breakfast and the food in general. The bad is the price tag on this cool resort that needs some tlc. The ugly is the lack of follow through on promises made by front desk staff when we were inconvenienced. Mini bar was broken and needed replacement which didn't occur in timely fashion and... More

We had booked a Valencia Casita for our visit, but had requested an upgrade to a suite. I called a week ahead and asked if our suite upgrade had gone through. They had no notes about an upgrade on our reservation! However, they confirmed over the phone a suite a week prior to arrival. When we were taken to our... More

I stayed one night with my girlfriend as a getaway since we both live in Arizona. I've eaten at T. Cooks before so I was familiar with the hotel. When arriving, you can't help but stop and take in the sights of this very rustic and gorgeous property. The valet/bellman service was very prompt and helpful. They kept our luggage... More

We visited the Royal Palms in April 2015. From the moment we arrived, to the moment we left, we were pampered and tended to in every way. The car attendants welcomed us back to the property, were quick and friendly, and always asked if we needed directions. The room was pretty, clean, and spacious (just a little dark). The bathroom...
