Spent our 25th. Wedd. Anniversary there last year as well as vacation previous years. It was very nice! Sat by the beautiful pool relaxing, dinner, Bottle of wine, and strolled the grounds for the remaining of our evening. Only 3 things that were disappointing ..... We loved the Neroli condiments that they always put in the room......that was part of the... More

Royal Palms was the destination for a recent wedding reception. As part of the extended wedding party, we enjoyed three days with the nicest, most relaxing, high quality resort experience. The property is beautiful with winding paths through flower gardens and patios, and fountain features. Nothing feels like a long walk from any venue the resort offers. If you are... More

Loved the smells outside and inside, beautiful grounds, good restaurant , nice spa....however , all that pleasantness was negated by a old, soft mattress. Sorry, but when my 61 yr. old body hurts the following day from a bad nights sleep, I'm not going to be returning , no matter how nice the hotel . No excuse for a hotel... More

What a wonderful experience. We have stayed here for the last 5-years and keep coming back for the great personal touch and the beautiful property. Their restaurant "T Cooks" is as good as it gets and the menu changes on a regular basis. They have a large selection in the type of room you can book. We like to stay... More

My husband and I stayed at the Royal Palms May16-22nd and all I can say is we can't wait to return! We were celebrating our 10th anniversary and couldn't have picked a more beautiful resort. Our room was perfect! Comfortable King bed and the most amazing pillows I have ever slept on. We stayed in a Montavista Suite with a... More

We were looking for an intimate, boutique feeling resort for our 40th Anniversary and hit the jackpot with this wonderful jewel. Staff is so helpful, slmiling, interested in your needs being met. dining in the #1 restaurant in Phoenix, T.Cook's, is an adventure! Delicious! Interesting. The pool staff create a clean, comfortable, low key atmosphere where the icewater, drinks, food,... More

Smaller resort but the grounds are expertly manicured and very comfortable in a busy area. Arrived late at night and the staff was very helpful. 24 hour fitness center had enough machines and great pool. Plenty of space in the room, in fact, too much for just me on work. No complaints. Only downside was the restaurant that was just... More

My wife and I have stayed at the Royal Palms once per year for the last seven or eight years and have always had an amazing time. The Palms is a small resort and oozes old school charm and elegance, without the distractions of the look-at-me crowd one finds at the larger resorts. The service(with the exception outlined below) has... More

I have been to the Royal Palms for a romantic getaway once before, so this was totally different: I have a slightly disabled parent (wheelchairs needed throughout) and family members with different agendas. So here goes: Rooms awesome; Mom &Dad got a disabled room with awesome views and amazing patio (great for room service cocktails before dinner at T Cooks)... More

The hotel grounds are very impressive and it has a boutique style feeling. What really made this place shine in my opinion was the staff. From the valet, to the servers at T. Cook's & the pool, they really made an impact on myself and my parents (who were visiting out of town) I want to thank Brandon at the... More
