We were looking for an intimate, boutique feeling resort for our 40th Anniversary and hit the jackpot with this wonderful jewel. Staff is so helpful, slmiling, interested in your needs being met. dining in the #1 restaurant in Phoenix, T.Cook's, is an adventure! Delicious! Interesting. The pool staff create a clean, comfortable, low key atmosphere where the icewater, drinks, food,... More

Smaller resort but the grounds are expertly manicured and very comfortable in a busy area. Arrived late at night and the staff was very helpful. 24 hour fitness center had enough machines and great pool. Plenty of space in the room, in fact, too much for just me on work. No complaints. Only downside was the restaurant that was just... More

My wife and I have stayed at the Royal Palms once per year for the last seven or eight years and have always had an amazing time. The Palms is a small resort and oozes old school charm and elegance, without the distractions of the look-at-me crowd one finds at the larger resorts. The service(with the exception outlined below) has... More

I have been to the Royal Palms for a romantic getaway once before, so this was totally different: I have a slightly disabled parent (wheelchairs needed throughout) and family members with different agendas. So here goes: Rooms awesome; Mom &Dad got a disabled room with awesome views and amazing patio (great for room service cocktails before dinner at T Cooks)... More

The hotel grounds are very impressive and it has a boutique style feeling. What really made this place shine in my opinion was the staff. From the valet, to the servers at T. Cook's & the pool, they really made an impact on myself and my parents (who were visiting out of town) I want to thank Brandon at the... More

My wife and I got married in Tucson and came here for a little mini honeymoon before we take our main one later this year. We couldn't have been happier. The resort itself is great; the staff is super friendly and accommodating, the amenities are wonderful, overall it's very relaxing. What blew us away though was the restaurant, T. Cook's.... More

We only had lunch in T.Cooks Restaurant and then explored the grounds. (Even taking a peek into one of the rooms). All in all, it was very nice, full of old world charm with an historic feeling. Pool area was small, but very adequate. It wouldn't compare to the huge pools at bigger hotels that have a bar area, tons... More

After two nights at another property, my husband booked us for one night at Royal Palms through a Priceline bid. I'm always a bit leery of the bidding process but must say that I could not have been happier with this property. Wish we could have stayed several more days. Impeccable service throughout the resort, from the valet & housekeepers... More

My husband and I booked a week long stay at The Royal Palm Resort and Spa in Phoenix AZ for our 19th Anniversary. We did not know at all what to expect, because we had never before stayed in anything but A huge resort style Hotel. Upon driving up to the hotel, we were instantly both blown away by the... More

This resort property clearly knows how to take care of their guests! Pampering out by the pool, an amazing Spa experience, even the bar servers took extra special care of us when we ordered some very special Gin and Tonics! The property and grounds have so much history...the furniture and grounds are feasts for the eyes. Everything is kept so... More
