All I can say is WOW!! Originally we were booked at another hotel and were informed that our rooms all of a sudden were no longer available for one night, so we fortunately found this little gem of a hotel to stay! I secretly wish that we would have stayed at the Royal Palms the whole time we were in... More

We travel often and stay here every month or 2. There's another beautiful scene around every corner. The staff is considerate and helpful. We enjoy the relaxed pool area. Breakfast is incredible. Be sure and try the Noble 7S bread. This place never fails to impress.

The good is the wait staff at breakfast and the food in general. The bad is the price tag on this cool resort that needs some tlc. The ugly is the lack of follow through on promises made by front desk staff when we were inconvenienced. Mini bar was broken and needed replacement which didn't occur in timely fashion and... More

We had booked a Valencia Casita for our visit, but had requested an upgrade to a suite. I called a week ahead and asked if our suite upgrade had gone through. They had no notes about an upgrade on our reservation! However, they confirmed over the phone a suite a week prior to arrival. When we were taken to our... More

I stayed one night with my girlfriend as a getaway since we both live in Arizona. I've eaten at T. Cooks before so I was familiar with the hotel. When arriving, you can't help but stop and take in the sights of this very rustic and gorgeous property. The valet/bellman service was very prompt and helpful. They kept our luggage... More

We visited the Royal Palms in April 2015. From the moment we arrived, to the moment we left, we were pampered and tended to in every way. The car attendants welcomed us back to the property, were quick and friendly, and always asked if we needed directions. The room was pretty, clean, and spacious (just a little dark). The bathroom... Fantastic old hacienda house with a great decoration, the concierge service is very good and really pending of your full satisfaction, only recommend you to avoid the noisy rooms close to the highway and try to get one of those secluded casitas, the T Cook restaurant definitely is something you can jump, there are several better offers in town.

**sigh** Where do I begin? This place will charm you as soon as you turn into the driveway. You get the sense that you are entering a secret enchanted garden. Royal Palms is quaint and quiet, with lush manicured grounds and spectacular views of Camelback Mountain. Our spa suite was insane. It felt like we were coming home. We enjoyed... More

My wife and I were here for a "delayed honeymoon" and first trip on our own since becoming parents. Needless to say, we were looking forward to relaxation. We had high expectations and they were exceeded at every step! The Resort is close enough to shopping, plenty of restaurants, and things to do. As close as it is, you would... More

What a gorgeous place. My husband spent the week in AZ for spring training and I met up with him just for the weekend. He surprised me with a 4 night stay at the Royal Palms. The minute we drove up I knew I was going to be happy! Beautiful setting with the Camelback Mountains in view at all times,... More
