The hotel was ok, clean, and quiet. I was there for a week for a doctoral residency during the day, and had a lot of reading and homework to do throughout the night and it was a good place to get that done. I slept peacefully. I loved the free wi-fi and the buffalo wings through room service. The sleep... more

I stayed here at the last minute on a stopover on my way home from the East coast. My flight came in about 11pm, and I called the hotel to request a shuttle. It arrived about 10 minutes later which was really nice. The drive to the hotel passes a few strip clubs and warehouses. When we got to the... more

My husband and I stayed at this Radisson while in transit from the Caribbean to Vancouver. We arrived at 1:30 am and left at 7:45 am, so did not use the pool or other facilities. We booked the executive suite on line for an excellent price. We were picked up curb-side in 7 minutes. The shuttle driver was friendly, helpful... more

Beds are very comfortable and the people are very nice! We booked on Hotwire.com and you aren't able to reserve the kind of room that you need on that site. At first, they gave us a room with 1 king sized bed, but we needed two double beds and she quickly and politely changed us. It is right next to... more

This was a much nicer hotel than I anticipated! I was promptly checked in. Room service was extremely fast. I had to take my daughter to the airport at 3:30am and the shuttle service was very fast and convenient. He even picked me up and returned me to the hotel after putting my daughter on her plane. I recommend this... more

Served it's purpose for us, which was to return rental car and chill out in the sun for an afternoon prior to a very early departure. Hotel was quiet and seemed pretty clean. Staff pleasant but harried--maybe spread a little too thin? Pool and hot tub were in a very nice small secluded area walled off of the sunny end... more

RockyTop, We are delighted to hear you enjoyed our clean, quiet hotel and the nice secluded pool and hot tub. Out here in the valley of the sun a 'tremendous' a/c unit is a must...again happy we could accommodate. I do wish you had experienced the Food and Beverage here at the hotel, it's excellent!!! Great point about the shuttle...

If you are looking for value with first class service the Radisson Hotel Phoenix Airport is you best choice. When I got on the shuttle bus the driver was very knowedgable about the surrounding areas. I was very impressed he was able to answer my questions. I arrived at the hoteland it was like they knew who I was. I... more

This hotel was really a fantastic experience. The staff was friendly and professional, the room was exceptionally clean, and the hotel is conveniently located to I-10 which made travel and the rental car return simple. I took the airport shuttle to the remote car rental facility and then drove to the airport. When I checked out, It took me less... more

I recently stayed at the Radisson Hotel Phoenix Airport for one brief night during business travel layover. Due to flight delays, I knew I would be getting into the Phoenix Airport late in the evening (midnight) and would need transportation to a hotel in the vicinity of the airport at that hour. I booked the Radisson due to its proximity... more

Dear Katemax from State College Pennsylvania, Please allow me to express our sincerest apologies for our challenges with the 24 hour shuttle service and the lack of customer service you experienced here at the hotel. We pride ourselves on delivering a premier experience to our entire guest; this time we obviously fell short. It's truly disappointing to me for two...

Took advantage of Travel Zoo offer $69.00 a night with full breakfast for Thanksgiving. The hotel is five minutes form the airport off I- 10. We had one king (corner) room and an adjoining room with two queen beds. This arrangement (which I requested) gave my family of four the space equivilant to a suite. The made to order breakfast... more
