Once again I had a fantastic stay at the Drury Inn. I had a glitch with my reservation and Jessica was there to smooth it out and make our stay pleasant. There is no better value in Phx than this hotel. We had a hot breakfast and a basic dinner included in the cost of the room. The hotel is... More

Great value! Very convenient to airport, downtown, Papago Park. They do not miss much here. My husband is very fussy and all he could complain about was that there was no peanut butter for his toast in the morning. Comfy beds, decent rooms, fairly quiet even though just off the freeway. Nice big pool and small hot tub. Huge atrium-style... More

Exceptionally clean and comfortable room. Great service when we checked in (thanks, Joseph). Everyone friendly though the young staff member monitoring breakfast seemed a bit overwhelmed. The complimentary food and beverages were a nice perk. We didn't eat there in the evening but we got our free drinks, which you can take up to your room. Breakfast included a make-you-own-waffle... I stayed two nights in this hotel. The location is pretty far from the Airport. The room was clean, shower comfortable. The air conditioning / heather unit however was something else. Hard to control, extremely loud. And there is no safe in the room. The little safe you can use at the front desk does not hold a laptop. The... More

Please accept my personal apologies for your less than perfect stay. We pride ourselves on our consistent service and value which is reflective of our top scoring. I am sorry that you feel our full hot breakfast with fresh fruit, hot and cold cereals, breads, fresh eggs and yogurt amongst our offerings did not offer a healthy offering for you.... More

This hotel is right off the freeway and close to the airport car rental return. Being they had a free shuttle we decided to return the car right after we checked in so the shuttle could take us to the airport for our early morning flight. This worked out fine except the fact we were told to meet the driver... More

Better than I expected, bed was awesome (no back ache in the AM for the first time in months) quiet, conducive for studying! I will be back for sure! The food was great, only recommendation is to include more diet friendly items such as fat free Greek yogurt, other vegetables. baked potato was much appreciated, but others would have been good!

I stayed here two nights and from the check in to the check out the service was exceptional!!! The feeling in this hotel was by employees who care about you and want you to enjoy your stay. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and good food, from breakfast to dinner to the free popcorn. This will be my first choice of accommodations when... More

We needed a hotel that accepts pets and has human comforts too. The Drury Inn Phoenix Airport had an easy froendly check in process. There was fresh popcorn ready to snack on which my kods loved. From 5:30-7:00 p.m. they have hot foods available that really could be a meal (hot dogs, salad, nachos, baked potaoes and more). Also during... More

I love the Drury Inn's. I had a beautiful two room large suite (511) The Air in the bedroom was so noisy that I couldn't sleep with ear plugs. Got up graded to a smaller suite that was quiet. It is one of the better Drury Hotels and I tend to see if they are in a city that I... More

we recently went to the Fiesta Bowl and stayed at the Drury Inn and Suites in Phoenix. It was our first time staying at a Drury Inn. It was a great hotel. The breakfast was excellent and the evening Happy Hour was more like a meal. They had something for everyone, from children to adults. Free popcorn and soft drinks... More
