For this last minute travelling, it was the best priced lodging in the area. With Spring training in town, all other hotels were with booked, or an outrageous price. This place could certainly use an overhaul, but for $50 a night, you can expect much more than a bed. The room was relatively quiet, the bugs were few, and my... More

The location is across from a number of car dealerships. As such there is not a lot of people walking in the neighborhood. I felt safe there. This is not a fancy place so no amenities. Nascar and spring training made finding a room tough. I was worried about this motel having read the negative reviews. But the spartan room and... More

We had to travel to phoenix for 3 days on bussiness,,because it was near the SUPERBOWL weekend,,this place was really only chosen and booked because of price and availability...otherwise...we wouldndt have picked this location. first off after we had traveled over 3 hours to this motel and had service animals with us, and it was a warm day,,we arrived at... Hard to believe that a motel in Phoenix would rent rooms, knowing the air conditioner was out for the whole building. AND the Windows don't open. So had to prop door open to get cool air at night. Time will tell if they fix it.

We have stayed in several Motel 6 recently traveling across country. Compared to the one in OKC, this room was a palace. The front desk clerk was hateful and rude for some unknown reason - something to do with her demanding to see the drivers license of every occupant. She later called the room phone to ask if our room... More

look, motel 6 is motel 6, and they sure had some interesting characters as clients, but it was clean, reasonably quite and the staff very helpful with a somewhat messed-up reservation... it might even have been my fault, the messup, and I think my willingness to concede error encouraged them to make me as comfortable as possible... certainly served the... I stayed here for 2 nights the first night we got room 260 and it was very noisy mostly because my neighbor had his tv cranked up and sounded like he was drinking heavily most likely..we checked out the next morning not wanting to stay there again but, there was a ton of huge conventions in town this weekend so... Iv'e always liked motels, they're cheap and you can find some pretty good ones to stay at, but staying at this motel 6 was the scariest experience iv'e had so far. I was with 2 other girls and we decided to stay a night there before going home the next morning, it was cheap and didn't seem too bad. While... More

I have stayed at several hotels/motels in Arizona and this, by far, has the best office and maintenance staff I have ever come across. No matter what time I have gone to the office, day or night, the staff has always been alert, friendly and quick to take care of any need I may have. As far as the maintenance... More

The first thing I noticed when I walked into the room was the stale smell. Then I noticed the stains all over the carpets. I got there really late so it was basically bed time right away, woke up the next morning and realized the place was infested with bed bugs. Both myself and my daughter woke up with bug... More
