Unfortunately this was the only hotel available near Chandler and there was a big little league tournament in Chandler the weekend I went. We asked for non-smoking rooms but it wasn't, the carpet was filthy, cigarette burns on the table, drapes had some black sticky substance on them. It was just horrible. I would definitely pay an extra $40-$50 for... More

I really wished I had checked with Trip Advisor before booking a stay here. Flew into Arizona late evening and decided to get some sleep before heading to my destination. Saw the Motel Six sign and since I am a Frequent Motel Six Guest I checked in. Worst vacation mistake I have ever made. Ok the three roaches I saw... More

We had no choice but to stay here. There was nothing else available in Phoenix. It was suppose to be non smoking but there were burn spots all over the bed and drapes. It smelled horrible it was scary. And to top it off the toilet kept getting backed up. Look elsewhere. Pay $30-40 more somewhere else. I had to... More

The worst hotel ever. I cannot believe it was a Motel 6. The room was filthy. The carpet covered with spots, the smell, dirty, worn drapes. The parking lot in front of our rooms was loaded with six wheeler trailers. Just parked there. One bus parked by our room was graffitied and the door was chained and locked the size... More

OK this is a great place to stay under $40! It's a huge location that's near downtown, not far from the airport, pet friendly, and the guest service is top notch. They will go out of their way to help you! I have had no problems like the ones listed here but I will tell you, there is on site... More

This place is huge. Must have been a resort or something and Motel 6 bought it out. I didn't notice anything bad about the location but it was late and we were tired. The first thing we noticed were a few cockroaches scurrying around, mostly in the tub. The wife didn't like that at all which earns this a "terrible"!... More

Staying here was one of the most horrific experiences of my life. This motel is very dated, had bugs, and had the most awful stale smoke smell. The room was a nonsmoking room with an ashtray turned upside down with a smoking prohibited sticker on it. Hello! Bad idea. The room was very small and had the most uncomfortable bed... More

If you like an overpriced room that is poorly ventilated and is surrounded by drug and prostitution activity, this is a perfect fit. If you can't book another place on short notice, I advise that you sleep in your rental car, or under a bridge before checking in here.

Yes, when we arrived, the place was crawling with cops. And yes, some of its guests have a preference for plastic heels and miniskirts. But if I had to choose between this place and the Northern Avenue Motel 6 up the road, I’d stay here in a heartbeat. It’s definitely rough around the edges, but we had a good sleep,... More

This is a true dump hotel! After being lost looking for a hotel and an 18 hour drive, we decided to settle here due to several others in the area being sold out. Bad choice. As another reviewer stated, the neighborhood is very questionable, a police officer was doing surveillance in the parking lot. There were loud, strange sounds all... More
