We stayed here because it was walking distance to the US Airways arena, which is where the Phoenix Suns play. There are tons of eateries, bars, and clubs nearby, so it's great to be able to walk everywhere an not worry about parking or DUIs. I've stayed here in the past so obviously these issues don't prevent me from coming... More

The quality of this hotel was not Hyatt standard. We were so disgusted we left after only 2 days. The lobby was nice enough but the rooms were dingy and dark, the carpet was filthy in the hallways, and the balcony was so dark, dirty and depressing we did not go out there.

The hotel was beautiful, had a few really great aspects, and was located in a great place in the city. Unfortunately, it is also the perfect example of how a couple of bad eggs can spoil the basket. The elevators broke down twice during my stay, the second as I was trying to get to my room to leave for... More

Checked in Friday evening was smooth. Took advise from here that mentioned using the parking garage next door. $12 beats $24 to park anyday. Dropped bags in front, girflfriend went in to check in. No issue to move car at all. Check in was fast. She asked for a high up room, and was upgraded to a corner room on... More

I was in-town for a conference and stayed at this hotel because of the convenience and discounted pricing. I found the customer service to be exceptional throughout my week long stay. The in-room dining was great as I could order healthier options without the southwest flare. The cafe and Einstein's bagel had a wide selection, convenient and fast, friendly service.... More

Stayed at the Hyatt while attending a conference across the street. The good: The location was perfect to run back and forth to my room between talks. The staff (desk, door, and housekeeping) were genuinely friendly, and incredibly helpful. I felt welcomed throughout my stay. The night's sleep was peaceful - not a sound was heard :) The not so... I stayed three nights at the Hyatt Regency for a conference at the Convention Center. The Hyatt is immediately across the street, which is convenient. I appreciated the online check-in; I checked in through my email account, received a bar code and was able to scan in at a kiosk which spit out my electronic key and gave me some... More

Each year we stay in downtown Phoenix for the Diamondbacks Opening Day. The Hyatt Regency is always a great option based on price & location. The rooms are clean, spacious and most offer great views of Phoenix and the surrounding mountains. The pool area is great and the Networks bar/restaurant is convenient and offers a good choice of pre and... More

Appreciated the relaxed, casual and accommodating atmosphere. The hotel is within walking distance to many activities and only 15 minutes from the airport. Public transportation is also very accessible. I had meetings at the PCC which was right across the street. Very easy and quick to get to.
