We stayed here on 7th May having arrived from UK at 6pm. We wanted an efficient free shuttle service and a restaurant on site and got both here courtesy of a booking through Hotwire. I think the previous two postings must have been very unlucky. We found everything satisfactory. We had a meal in the bar. The salmon salad was... more

A previous reviewer stated that they paid $38 for a room at this Hilton. That's about what it's worth, period. The lobby is outdated with lots of brass and glass. They rooms are very dated. When entered the bathroom in my room there was a "you-know-what" stain on the toilet seat. I almost puked. There was still a maid on... more

So i am a long time lurker at tripadvisor, and was so unimpressed with this hotel I decided to log in to share my experience (i will definitely post positive reviews of other hotels in the future). One proviso - when i went to use the automatic kiosk to check in it printed out a form to take to the... more

I thought this place was perfect for what we were looking for ... clean, convenient location, and great price on Priceline ... front desk lady was really helpful as well!! Probably the best value I've ever received on Priceline for the money ($38 bid). more

We booked this hotel for one night. I chose the location because it was fairly close to the museums in Phoenix we wanted to go to and close to the freeway when it was time to leave. The room was attractive, comfortable and well appointed. A two cup coffee maker made some of the best coffee we had tasted during... more

Stayed here for five nights for business. The location is very close to the hotel (about 5-10 minutes from the PHX Car Rental) and close to I-10. I was working in Tempe, and this was the best option. I am an HHonors Gold member and was upgraded to a 1-bedroom suite. There was a separate living area with bar, fridge,... more

I ended up here when my flight was cancelled. The USAirways displaced passenger hotline connected me with this hotel. Staff was great. Guy at front desk (Jason, I think?) even came into the bar when he saw me and a fellow passenger go in there, and he gave us a coupon for a free drink b/c he knew we'd had... more

I spent just one night at this hotel (drove to Grand Canyon the next day). Arrived by plane at 11 PM, and called the hotel shuttle, that didn't take long. The car I reserved at Hertz was already waiting for me, and the check-in was quick and easy. The room was great, comfy bed and the internet was free at... more

We stayed for only one night in January 2009. By looking at the other reviews, we booked with Hotwire (If you pick the Airport area, they have an unnamed 3-star hotel in the area, that's likely the Airport Hilton) and paid less than $55 (with taxes and fees). PROS: Quality restaurant (Rennick's) on-site. Very good food. Extraordinarily comfortable beds. Down... more
