The staff treated me and my men like bad garbage. We probably will not go back there again, There are to many hotels in Phoenix area that treat a person better. The beds are like sleeping on a 4X8 sheet of plywood. The service made us feel like we were not welcome and they did not want to help us.

As soon as I register for a Senior Games Track and Field meet I go on line and look for a Best Western close by. So far Best Western has not failed me. This weekend I had two meets in Phoenix and as I have I the past found the Metro-Center Inn to meet my needs. Not only a great... More

Stayed here for 3 nights over the weekend. Front desk was excellent. Very friendly. Rooms were cleaned well. Only issue was door was open when I came back on Saturday night. Nothing missing and it was not wide open. They apologized. No harm, No Foul. Breakfast was amazing. Sausage & Eggs, Waffles, cereal, yogurt, oatmeal and more. It was crowded,... More

Nice room but I wish they were a bit larger. We both travel with laptops and another table would have been nice. Needs nore outlets, we bought a power strip to handle all our devices. Staff is Friendly and accomodating. Breakfast is good but it gets busy and crowded at times. This was our fifth or sixth stay there.highly recommended.

The staff was friendly & accommodating. Great value. Nice outdoor pool. Breakfast included. Pappa deaux's restaurant right down the road was excellent. We were on vacation from Minnesota & would stay here again. Thank you Best western!

Not the best of locations and the facility is dated. However the staff is friendly and helpful plus the price was hard to beat. Not sure if I'd stay here for an extended time, but if the notion is to get in and get out without a hassle or spending much, this fits the bill.

1/19/15 TO 1/25/15 We stayed here while having a back operation in the area. The place was nice and clean and the price was right. The staff was very friendly, they really went out of their way to help us. When I was recovering they always asked the wife how I was doing when she would go after my breakfast.... More

Stayed three nights at this hotel. Inadvertently left 6 pounds of dirty clothes in my room, finally after many calls to the hotel and three weeks later; they sent me my clothes, I had recommended a cheap rate via the post office, so they sent the pacake FedEx over night air Express which cost me $113.99. Someone at the hotel... More

Considering the cost of hotels in the Phoenix area, this hotel was reasonably priced with very comfortable rooms, a fridge in room if you paid more, and a not bad breakfast. They did not have breakfast meat with breakfast every day which was strange. Every other day there was sausage, the other day, just eggs and potatoes or waffles. Otherwise... More

We were greeted well, staff was friendly. We had an outside room upstair. Street sweeper working next door at 10 to 11 @ night. Car doors slamming, car alarms going off in the middle of the night. Breakfast was not very good. Rooms were nice and clean.
