12/19/14 Clean, convenient and comfortable place to stay. Breakfast items could have been of higher quality and variation, but was nice to have available. Staff was mostly accommodating, outdoor heated pool looked clean, but didn't have the opportunity to use it.

The hotel itself was nice and had a clean feel upon arrival. The room was nicely laid out and had most of the essentials readily available. Requested some shaving cream (forgot to bring), but it was definitely something to be desired. Wish I would have brought swimming trunks so I could have utilized the pool and Jacuzzi. Breakfast bar was... More

We needed a hotel at the last minute for some unplanned business in the area. I was looking for a reasonable rate, understanding that "you get what you pay for" and willing to put up with "whatever" because we had to stay within budget. I read some reviews before choosing this hotel and decided to try but figured with the... More

Typical middle-class motel. Reasonable value for price. Satisfactory breakfast in reasonable ambience. Several hot entrees available plus waffles (unlike many economy hotels that only have donuts and cold cereals). Free Wi-Fi plus an available computer is a definite plus. Good access to I-17, a major Phoenix freeway (also a liability as noise is significant in facing rooms).

We usually stay at a hotel just about every weekend for business and, when I do write a review it's usually of a positive nature. Our stay at the Best Western Metro Center Inn was a Nightmare. We've stayed at Best Westerns before and, have had some good stays. This hotel, the staff was not good. We had a very... More

On the surface, it looks like a pleasant place to stay. as I approached my room , the odor was not pleasant. After a long flight, late dinner I went to sleep on mattress more firm than I expected to find at this chain. I awoke to find the faucet leaks at the sink, the tub spout was not secure... More

Made reservation a few months ago, asked for ground floor with refrigerator. Checked in, got second floor, no fridge, even though most rooms seemed to be empty when I checked in, very few cars in parking lot. Attitude of the guys at front desk was sorry, we can't do anything about it. I told them i had food and insulin... More

Try Fast Eddy's for a great breakfast, especially the ALBQ scrambled eggs. Rooms are clean, cozy, comfortable, quiet with a very comfortable bed; easy access to the interstate. I like to stay here whenever I'm in the Phoenix area. Only problems are that the lighting is not bright enough to shave one's face and the light switches seem to be... More

The people working were very friendly when we arrived and checked in. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was decent. I did call for some shampoo and they told me I needed to go to the lobby to get it, which isn't very helpful when you are jumping in the shower. The location was questionable. The homeless people seemed... More

Myself and my boss stayed in this hotel during our business trip in Phoenix and wasn't overly happy with our stay. Firstly we was greeted by a prostitute who was working out of one of the rooms alongside the car park. We then was shown to our room which was tidy and fit for purpose but then next day we... More

Thank you for your review, we appreciate all feedback as that is how we can improve. I apologize for the issues with the key card and breakfast challenges. We do check the pool regularly, I know it is never fun to find bugs in the pool. I hope despite the challenges you were able to enjoy your stay in Phoenix. More
