We aren't sure what hotel this was before it became a Hilton Embassy Suites, but the layout of the property is not typical. Very large property, outside entrances with inadequate lighting in some areas. Grounds were not kept up. Rooms were clean, but very much in need of a major make over and had the appearance that furniture was missing.... More

The hotel obviously counts on the pool, free drinks and breakfast buffet for repeat visitors. The rooms were very dated, smelled like must and past smokers. The floors were uneven and the furniture was rundown. I would not return.

This hotel has a lovely foyer, bar and restaurant. The gardens and swimming pool area are also very well maintained. The rest of the hotel needs updating as it is very tired and drab. The walkways are not good and it took us five minutes to walk to our room. Our first room was so dark and oppressive we had... More

Not the Embassy Suites experience we are use to. It's more of a motel, and at $259 a night it's a rip off. The rooms are dirty & the shower tile wall is broken. The mystery smell is awful. Choose another place to stay!!!!

We chose this Embassy Suites to hold our Mom's 85 birthday party primarily due to its proximity to her retirement community in Phoenix. We had family coming from four different states and needed a place for them to stay plus a party room. For the most part our experience was very good. Evelyn Morales, the catering director, took good care... More

Sprawling Property. Grounds were very nice, the pool although large was only five foot deep - more of a "kitty pool." Breakfast was good. Location was not ideal given the horrific traffic on I-17 and I-10. Would not stay here again.

We were in Phoenix for Spring Training and chose this location for the corporate price and the location between the 4 parks we were visiting. The Pros: Breakfast was good selection with Pancakes/French Toast offered alternating days; Free drinks in evening from 5:30-7:30 (snacks were wimpy); the room was very large - we didn't feel cramped at all; and the... This is a converted 'motel' with drive up access to some of the rooms. Stay away from the rooms on the West side of the hotel that directly face the highway as the road noise is unbearable. Also while checking in, be sure to verify if you have been given a handicapped room as the shower head is a handle... More

Few days back, I had the opportunity to stay at this hotel. The suite was very comfortable with all amenities. The front desk staff were very courteous and helpful. I couldn't turn on the air conditioner around 11 PM and I requested the front desk. He dispatched the security personnel as no maintenance guy was available. He came and adjusted... More

I stayed for a week and enjoyed every part of the stay. The staff was outstanding. The breakfast experience was the highlight of each day. A definite A++. I arrived a day early and the hotel was sold out. The staff went out of their way to find me a room and honored my advance rate. I had a great... More
