Stayed 10 days in this location so we could go to spring training baseball games. Location was very good for this purpose. We also wanted an inexpensive place to stay since we would only be in the room to sleep. This hotel was the least expensive we found @ $800. for 10 days, so can't complain about that. Other than... Falls short of what you'd expect for the $60/night I paid for 2 nights. (A banner above the entrance claims rooms are $39/night). The room was Spartan but decent. Small, thin towels. Room has a refrig, microwave, hairdryer and very slow WiFi that freezes altogether with regularity. No coffee maker. Ancient TV with poor picture quality and local channels only.... More

Rooms were clean and smelt fresh, Beds were in good condition so my back was not sore in the morning. The breakfast was very lite, IE. packaged Danish, luke cold juice and very weak coffee. It is advisable that you call them directly and not order online with places like hotwire, price line or other sites. we paid hotwire $57.00... More

We started off with our reservation not being complete, they wanted to charge me a different price but I had my email confirmation with the price. They didn't have interact so I paid cash and was worried I would be charged later. The first room they put us in had no Fridge or Microwave, when I asked what happened they... More

We booked this hotel on the fly after a good stay in another facility in this chain - big mistake. When we arrive, they had no record of our reservation, although we had a print-out. The clerk was helpful and gave us a better rate for the 3 nights we were to be there. That was the only good thing.... More

So if you were to ask me if I would recommend this hotel I would definitely say no. Why? Well first of all the rooms and furniture are outdated, the beds are small, hard and uncomfortable , the A/C unit was loud and not even cold, the carpet was dirty (stains all over it), just not what I expected since... Overall experience was VERY disappointing. The room was dirty! Walls were stained our toilet leaked every time we flushed and smelled like sewage. The TV only had 22 channels. And our bed linens were dirty! Had hairs dead flies. The only good thing was its by the freeway.

Nice looking on the out side but the room was a disaster. Tears in the carpet, bedspreads and curtain; missing night stand drawer and bath light cover; built up dirt in the corners of the bath and sink areas; cigarette stains on the shower/ tub; and worst of all, DRIED BLOOD on a "clean" towel!!

Stayed 2 nights while visiting the Pheonix area and was very happy with my decision. If the travelor is looking for a clean basic motel in the 60 dollar range this might be right for you. The motel offers a basic breakfast, comy rooms and clean pool PLUS it is minutes from HWY 10. Also you are minutes from downtown... More
