This was a great location for visiting midtown and going downtown for events. We took the Light Rail everywhere we went. The restaurants around this hotel are outstanding. We had great dinners at Southern Rail (next door to the hotel) and also had a lovely dinner at St. Francis (just down the street). We absolutely loved the pool! And our... More

Hotel is very clean. The room's floor was concrete with two big rugs, it didn't bother us since we only slept and showered there. Plus it made the room smell fresh. I don't like carpet so it was nice to see that this hotel was very clean since I'm a germafob. I was very happy that they kept it clean... More

Hotel was in walking distance to Fry's, Starbucks and Subways. The staff was friendly and helpful when we needed directions. Andrew, the Manager, made us feel welcomed and accommodate all our needs, especially with our Autistic child. Pilo was very welcoming every time we passed by him. He would ask if we needed anything and would help with directions or... More

The hotel is a former Days Inn and is in a great location, very close to area bars and restaurants, and across the street from the lightrail. To be brutally honest, tt does not look that great from the roadside and is next to a liquor store, but don't let that put you off!. The staff at the hotel were... More

This place is pretty worn. The website makes it look at lot better than it is. My room was well-used and needed a thorough cleaning, not just a superficial one. The shower is a problem -- if you want hot water or cold water, you got it, but anything in between is challenging. I'm not fussy about mattress quality, but... More

Stayed one night at Hotel 502 and was pleased to see the many improvements happening around the hotel. My room was updated and stylized with a trendy look, great bedding and nice amenities. Dorothy was friendly at check in and even the GM, Andrew took time to tell me about the ongoing plans for the hotel. My room had concrete... More

In Scottsdale for Spring Training, and all of the other chain hotels were booked and/or exorbitantly priced. Decided to give Hotel 502 a shot. Overall, the rooms are serviceable. Beds are comfortable, except that a regular sheet takes the place of a proper fitted sheet. Seems to be a shortage of electrical outlets. AC was effective but got a little... More

This place met my needs for a one night stay in Phoenix. Offered a clean and spacious room and a shower. My room was in the main building where you check in. The staff was friendly and called my room after an few minutes to check that everything was okay. I was disappointed there was no WiFi and also no... More
