We checked in rather late and the staff was incredibly accommodating. Our car was quickly valeted and I think we had our room keys in less than 5 minutes of arriving. The staff was awesome. The room is exactly what we expect in a Renaissance- comfortable bed, beautiful furnishings, and fluffy towels. Great views of downtown and a good location... More

Oh my goodness - sounds like a near perfect stay with us! Doesn't it feel great to be welcomed late at night with a smile? Then into your room with that comfy bed and fluffy towels - sigh.... Yep, near perfect! Thanks for your kind words and we look forward to having you stay with us again! More

This downtown hotel is beautifully decorated with an urban contemporary feel, even down to unique wall fixtures and chandeliers that are like functional art. The room I stayed in had a king-sized very comfortable bed and large bathroom that included an armoire-style built-in closet. The hotel's walking distance to many restaurants and activities like Arizona Cardinals' baseball, Arizona Science Center,... More

Thank you not only for staying with us, but for noticing our functional art! Very cool chandaliers, for sure. The vessels for our fresh fruit at the reception desk are quite unique as well. Storing them vertically is a fun way to share with our guests. All the restaurants you mentioned are indeed stellar - hopefully, you had a chance... More

We stayed four nights at the Renaissance. The lobby and meeting areas are nice and well maintained. The room we were in was not very large but clean and the bed was very comfortable. There was little room between the foot of the beds and the desk area. However, it met our needs. The best thing about this hotel is... More

I was staying for 5 nights starting April 24th. I arrived early and waited for my room. The front desk had upgraded me to junior suite. The room was huge (#1138) and included two beds a round table and couple of sofas. It was a business trip, attending conference in the convention center, so walking there took me less than... More

Stayed two nights at the Renaissance downtown. Great service from the staff, and the room was comfortable though not terribly big, but for the size it was well appointed and laid out. Very close to Parkland Hospital, so if that's your destination this is definitely the place to stay.

I travel very frequently for work, staying in many upscale hotels and rarely do I get to experience the level of service I received at this property. It was consistent throughout the hotel from the front desk to the restaurant to the great "navigator" concierge . But my favorite place in the hotel was Elevate. Albert, Rob and Pam made... More

We stayed here for 3 nights during the Diamondbacks' opening series with the St. Louis Cardinals and loved it. Beautiful hotel and so close to the ballpark! We had a king room on a high floor.
