wonderful service and value, rooms amenities need updating, but beds very comfortable. Location convenient to all that we wanted to do/see. Breakfast included makes this a really good value. Free Parking & pool also.

A gem in a great part of town. This hotel is not "facny," but is an outstanding value. Great location, great service-minded staff, excellent free breakfast, and a lot of repeat business. I've stayed here for many years and never a bad experience. The surrounding area is wonderful, many small but excellent neighborhood eateries, and accessible to major freeways.

AZ seems to give Plus rating to a lot of their hotels, I do not feel that this should be a Plus hotel. Noisy in front rooms, near major road. Bed very soft, hard to regulate the temperature. Room clean. Nice touch the social hour in the evening. Diamond Elite member.
