Stayed for one night prior to an early morning flight. The location was nice, 10 minutes to the rental car center and airport. However, the room was dated, not as clean as it could have been and the beds uncomfortable. Our room on the fourth floor was extremely warm when we checked in. I didn't think much of this as... more

This was a great experience for me! The hotel is located across the street from the metro which can take you almost anywhere, including the convention center and the airport! Didn't need a rental car!! The staff was so nice...especially Flo and Juan. The room was clean and the food was delicious!! Since I was traveling alone, I wanted to... more

I got an incredible Priceline rate for this well located hotel on the main Central north-south drag and didn't expect much. I chose it for location since it's directly next to a light rail stop, several restaurants, coffee houses, public library and pleasant park. The hotel did surprise me tho. Although hotel business in Phoenix is risky at best, this... more

I like that it is a non-smoking hotel to start with. It is a refurburshed Best Western that still needs some help, the over all room was good enough, had a view of the roof below. The carpet was full of dust, but rest of room was ok. I stayed there for one night to pick up my son from... more

Loved this place. Parts were a bit dated - especially the low popcorn/panel ceilings. But overall, it was clean and very well maintained. Each room that I saw had a fridge and a microwave. Location was excellent - right on the light rail near the heart of downtown Phoenix. Views from the upper floors were excellent. Elevators were a bit... more

I found this to be a very comfortable place to stay for one night. for an excellent rate (I paid about $80). I lucked out and got an exceptional room -- on the top (eighth) floor. The room was large, had a couch and coffee table and a balcony. Only the top-floor rooms have balconies and I don't know if... more

Just got back from our stay there. We had a nice room, with a great view of the buildings and Sky Harbor in the distance. Staff was friendly. We never need much in help, so, I almost never need to ask for much, so, maybe it just makes me a better traveler for them, hah! I would definitely stay there... more

Pleasantly surprised at $69 night. Front desk was not helpful, but who cares...for $69 you get a clean, fairly-large room, central air, refrig/micro, free (but sparse) breakfast buffet. Stayed there because it was near Banner Hospital. more

This property has really improved since our last stay. Room was cool, clean and comfy. The restaurant downstairs is the best kept secret in the area! The food and service was outstanding (try the seafood platter). Staff was courteous and efficient. Good value for the price. more
