I've stayed here several times. It's not the Ritz, but the rooms have always been clean and it's close to the airport. So imagine you are a busy traveling businessman as I am who owns a wireless laptop and needs to keep up with emails and what not. We have stayed at this hotel twice now when flying home from Phoenix. The rooms are clean and quiet. The service has been excellent. The staff was helpful and the airport shuttle on time. more

Located minutes from the airport with great 24 hour shuttle service. Doesn't look like much from the outside but the rooms are in very nice condition with great beds. Well, it's close to the airport...but it's a depressing neighborhood, sad/dark room, and TERRIBLE service in the restaurant. There's no complementary breakfast and area restaurants looked sketchy. The Best Western Airport Inn is fine if you need a clean room, a comfy bed, internet, and reasonable room service. It wasn't too pricey, but wasn't fancy, either. Make sure to note the difference between Streets and Avenues in Phoenix or you could end up wandering around in the wrong part of town looking for this place. more

We have had bad stays at this chain before, but this one is GREAT! Besides being clean, the staff was friendly and very helpful. We have had trouble in the past when asking the staff to freeze our blue ice for us, as my husband is a diabetic, but no problem here, they were glad to help anyway they could.... more

The hotel is located close to the airport. the staff running the shuttle service are very precise! The room was clean and comfortable! I would use this hotel again just because of the staff. more

Booked 2 nights, but it was so terrible that we checked out the next morning & couldn't get a refund for the 2nd night. Noise from the freeway was unbearable; dark, cave-like room; construction going on in the parking lot; filthy carpet; no continental breakfast. Best Western should be ashamed. more
