Had 2 nights here and thought it was a beautiful place. Any staff we spoke to were friendly and helpful. Neil in the bar is great and my husband enjoyed a game of golf with him next day by coincidence (he was a solo player who got teamed up with 2 others) The golf course is excellent too. We were... more

I must say that we had an amazing stay. I couldn't believe what a fabulous rate we found. This was a steal at only $79 per night! The room was probably one of the most elegant we have ever stayed in. It was modern but elegant. I loved the Crabtree and Evelyn toiletries. I also liked the spacious floor plan... more

This was our fourth visit to the Tapatio.Sadly, it will be our last. The adult pool, filthy. Pool side service at the adult pool, no way. They, room service, argued about our need for additional towels, I was traveling with three teenagers. According to room service, the hotel no longer offered bath robes. When I asked the manager if this... more

I am from Phoenix and heard about all the great summer hotel deals that Phoenix hotels have to offer. I thought it would be a nice birthday getaway for my boyfriend's 12 year old son. I saw on the Tapatio Cliffs website that they had a great family friendly pool with a waterslide. The 2 room suites started at $80,... more

We stayed at this resort over the Father's Day Holiday. We booked at the last minute and got a great deal at $71.00 a night. Once we arrived we were greeted by the valet and they watched our car while we checked in. Since the resort encompasses such a large area it was better for them to watch then to... more

This was our fourth trip to the Tapatio Cliffs. This is about my favorite resort and we travel quite a bit. Yes, it is an older resort, but that just adds to it's charm. We always request a room in the Cliffside section near the Sunset Pool. Every time we have stayed there, Hilton has honored our request. The views... more

My family stayed at this location on the last night of our southwest vacation as we wanted to be relatively close to the Sky Harbor Airport (20 minute drive on Sat morning)for an early flight home. We selected this hotel to allow us a little more space (suite arrangement), a pool complex and for the room rate($92). We were very... more

May was unseasonally hot 105+ , Great swimming pools and lots of them. Early morning staff in lobby very helpful and nice, would walk down for my morning starbucks. Parking is very tight and could be a bit of a pain when the property is busy. it wasn't when we stayed. We stayed in the presidential suite (very large very clean)... more

From a kids perspective, this hotel was fab! I'd recomend it to anyone with kids ages 7-12. It was one of the best hotels ever. The restaurants were very delicious, my favorite one was the mexican one. The pools are great. The waterslide was the best part of the pool area. The only problem wsa my dad's cell phone signal... more

We flew in from the East & only needed to stay for 1 night in Phoenix. We were looking for a nice, quiet hotel to relax & unwind in. This Hilton fit the bill perfectly. The location is a bit remote but the grounds are very nice to stroll around once the heat of the sun has died down. The... more
