I need to make an initially statement on this hotel before going into details. This place was an engineering challenge and it's maintenance issues are reflective of that challenge. If you stay here, you'll understand why. The Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort is another very good Hilton property, but has an identity crisis. The rooms in the main hotel are up... More

Was at this hotel for 2 days for an offsite conference with my organization and it was an excellent experience with all aspects of this Hotel. Though an older hotel, you would never know it by the looks of the rooms, all suites and all their facilities. The staff was extremely welcoming and professional and always at hand to provide... Perhaps it's my lack of familiarity with a "resort," but I found this property confusing. After I had made my reservation online, I was offered the opportunity for a "low cost" upgrade if the upgraded room was available upon check-in. At check in they had my original reservation, but made no mention what-so-ever about an upgrade. I mentioned that I... More

Nice resort. I book this resort based on the golf course review. Hotel, room was in unique setting. From my cliffside suite, it was cozy, not specutacular nor impressive, but I wasn't disappointed with the course; a fun, challenging course. Yardage off the tee was bit mixed (on a handful of holes, Championship tees were with the regular Men's tees).... More

This hotel/resort is in a location that will thrill the guest who is looking for easy access to desert hiking. The hotel is made up of multiple colorful Spanish style buildings. The entire property is integrated into a hillside making the rooms at the top a very long hike up a steep slope. This was no problem for us since... More

My sisters and I met here for a well-deserved girls' weekend getaway. We found our room on Priceline for $80 per night, which was an excellent deal given all the amenities and fantastic service. Pros: Very friendly, responsive staff (especially Dick, Ed, Amanda, and Eric). Really, everyone from the shuttle drivers to the spa staff, to the breakfast waitstaff were... More

For a recent work conference, Helen at the front desk, was most accommodating and helpful in moving me to a new room, after the room in the hills was most challenging for me after a recent surgery. She took care of all the details in getting my items moved to the new room so I wouldn't have to miss any... More

Stayed here recently for a conference; rooms are incredibly spacious. The property is built into and up a hillside, so unless you're staying in the main building, prepare for a bit of a trek up or downhill to get to where you need to go – however, even if you don't have a car, they offer a shuttle service which... Thank you for your many compliments. I hope you have an opportunity to dine at our award winning Different Pointe of View Restaurant at the top of the mountain. It does have sensational views as you know and the cuisine is outstanding. We look forward to your return stay. More

Stayed at the resort for a company function. The staff was wonderful. The resort was probably a five star property 15 years ago, but has started to show its age. My room was large and very clean. The resort has a very "interesting" layout, and the bell hop mentioned taking a month to understand the layout completely. Some elevators don't... More

Thank you for your review and for staying with us during your company function. You mention that our resort has a very “interesting” layout. Our property is spread over 60 acres without including our adjacent golf course. Our unique design resembles a Mediterranean village with winding roads positioned throughout the 28 outlying buildings. I hope you will choose to visit... More
