Despite a musty smell that permeated throughout the hallways of the fourth floor, this hotel was extremely comfortable, accommodating, and attentive to each of my needs. I arrived close to midnight and a staff member was there to great me and get me checked into my room within a ten-minute time frame. The king-sized bed was extremely comfortable and provided... more

I booked this place at a great deal from priceline and than read some of the reviews here on tripadvisor so I was weary, but went ahead with my stay. I'm glad I did; the front desk supervisor was attentive and friendly, the room was clean and well appointed and room service was typical for a chain hotel. The pool... more

This is a great hotel not only for business/ meetings, but for a relaxing getaway with the family. Indoor and outdoor pools, rooms with balconies and lots of area for the kids to play or to walk the doggies. Large exercise room near the indoor pool. Food was consistently good and service friendly and quick. Try the tortilla soup and... more

First the good: The staff (except for manager, see below) is attentive, friendly and helpful. The bad: It is a horrible hotel. We paid for an "Executive Level" room -- 4th floor -- the only other perks are a bathrobe (whoopee) and a mini-fridge. Within the first hour we had maintenance at the room 3 times. The mini-fridge had a... more

Hotel is advertised as a non-smoking facility. Good idea, but instead of putting up signs bragging you are non-smoking, I would suggest replacing carpeting, drapes, or anything else that would hold smoke smell. (room and floor obviously allowed smoking before, besides the smell, there were cigarette burns in the carpet) Shower ceiling was rusty. The hotel has a problem with... more

I've stayed at this hotel three times in the last month. The people at the front desk were generally attentive and helpful, though the male bartender wasn't the friendliest guy I've ever had serve me a drink. The lady was quite nice. Overall, the hotel needs some sprucing up, as it's showing signs of wear. However, the rooms were generally... more

I thought this hotel was awful. On the evening my colleage and I checked in, a gentleman at the desk was reporting that the room he had been assigned to already had someone in it. Red flag #1. After checking into our own rooms, I found that the heat in my room didn't work and there was someone else's hair... more

I stayed at this hotel recently on a business trip which included Washington and Disney World, Orlando. Of all the hotels I stayed in, this was by far the best value for money. I found the front desk staff friendly and helpful, the bedrooms clean and well equipped, the bed very comfortable and the general hotel areas very nice. The... more

I have stayed here several times over the last two years and have been fairly satisfied. I encountered a few issues with this stay and my last two stays that makes me never want to stay here again. First of all they have two different kinds of beds in the hotel and if you happen to be unfortunate as I... more
