They virtually insist on Valet parking your car.... Personally I hate this... I'm particular about my cars, and it is another security leak issue. Arrival area is trafic congested and I find it better to check in during daylight hours or be very alert. Rooms are nicely done but not large. Breakfast buffet was nearly giveaway quality. Location is the... more

This is a very accurate description of this hotel. The rooms were GREAT! Clean, no smoking smell, good temparature. Bathroom has drop acoustical ceiling tile which is king of funky. The indoor and outdoor pools are small and COLD. Jacuzzi was nice. All are kept clean. The free shuttle was a LIFE SAVER. Shuttle drivers are an asset t o... more

Okay, we've stayed here 3 times now and mostly b/c I have been too lazy to look for any other place but no more. This last time with the moist, humid air in the hotel from the pool and the air conditioner barely working and the horrilbe double beds (I mean, who does double beds instead of queen sized beds... more

I usually associate this hotel chain with upscale properties. Sadly, this hotel has passed it's prime. the carpets are DIRTY, and threadbare in places. (There was a patch under the desk in our room that was actually coming unsewn). the poor maintence man had to come to our room three times for a clogged toilet. (I know: don't say it!)... more

If you are at all sensitive to odors from cleaning chemicals, oldc arpet , chlorine, you won't want to stay in this hotel. My husband and I stayed here several years ago, and it was very nice. The hotel is tauted as being upgraded, yet the internet connection is really slow, the ac/heating unit is loud, and the bar area... more

My wife and I stayed at this Phoenix hotel from February 15, 2009 to February 18, 2009 in room 155. There were some minor issues, but overall I was pleased with my stay. The hotel was pretty easy to get to from the airport, exit 208 off I-17 North. Check-in only took about 2 minutes. The staff of the hotel... more

It was my first trip to Phoenix and I wanted a hotel that was close to everything in Phoenix. This hotel the best looking from the outside but was close to the freeway and easy to find. When my boyfriend and I drove up, we were thinking this place was questionable but we loved our stay there. The staff was... more

The hotel has very odd public spaces. Most rooms surround an inner courtyard containing an indoor pool. It resembles a motel more than a first-class hotel. My room was mostly good. A recent refurbishment has led them to replace a number of things but certainly not all of them. My room for example, had a good and what seemd like... more

This hotel has a wonderful overall ambiance and the restaurant served wonderful food. We have stayed for conferences and to visit family in Phoenix. The property has great amenities and the rooms are very nice. However it does have a few problems. We have been there a number of times and have had a few problems registering and housekeeping gets... more

My daughter and I stayed at the Crowne Plaza in Phoenix for two nights. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and the room was very comfortable and overlooked the indoor pool area which is attractively decorated. The next morning my daughter enjoyed swimming in the pool and soaking in the spa. Shortly after we checked in and got in... more
