I booked the Clarendon according to their description on Travelocity, mainly the 310 count bed linens. When the cab drove up front I thought "OMG". I felt like I was back in time(70's,Disco come to mind). It got better though. As I checked in I could see the pool with a neat Water Wall flowing down. Kids were running into... More

Details: the ladies and I ran away from home for a night on the town. Pro's: Rooms are so modern and swanky, cool. Pool is inviting and so hip. On site restaurant serves the most amazing food. Roof top is a bar as well as a yogi's heaven on Sunday mornings. Front desk has snacks, people! SNACKS! Who does that??... More

This place is a very art inspired, young and hip hotel. The artwork is not in short supply. There's something to admire around every corner. Some of the perks include a Keurig with coffee pods included in your room, a min fridge, Philosophy bath products, FREE and unlimited snacks at the front desk (chips and candy bars galore) at any... My wife and I stayed for couple of weekend days, May 19th and 20th. While the Hotel did not look like much from the outside and the elevator is slooooow and we had a marvelous stay. We had a 4thFloor Junior King Suite facing clarendon and it was quiet. Room was clean. The Bed was very comfortable, large screen flat... More

After staying at a variety of hotels in the Phoenix area, my husband and I decided to give The Clarendon a try. The price is right in comparison to many of the large hotel chains found in downton Phoenix and it seemed unique. I found the front desk staff very helpful and friendly. We're from the south, so we like... More

Just a short stay overnight so we did not partake in the awesome pool/spa area, or go tomtje restaurant or bar. All seemed popular and amazing, despite the party feel, our junior suite was very quiet, the bed and linens were nice, and I liked the overall look and feel of the space. We have already decided that all our... More

I was a guest at The Clarendon for a wedding and I had an excellent stay. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful; they were able to provide me everything I needed, including snacks! The housecleaning staff were efficient and kind; I do not like to have my room cleaned often, but the day that I did, they were... More

It's funny. .. .I am a Kimpton Hotel member, and I saw an article regarding the Palomar Phoenix opening in June. The Kimpton Properties are FIRST CLASS all the way. I was thrilled to know there is a property opening in Phoenix in June. There were several comments after the article from Phoenix residents (or Clarendon employees?) sharing their loyalty... More

Thank you for taking the time to write a review of our property. We take all comments good and bad to heart and do whatever we can to constantly improve. On the issue of the Hotel Palomar, where was it that you saw this article posted? I have looked on a few sites that I am aware of, and didn't... More
