“Very pleased with this hotel!!!”

My husband and I stayed in a suite at this hotel for 4 nights so we could attend the Heard Museum Indian Fair and Market. The location was great! We could walk to and from the museum in minutes from our hotel. Durant's restaurant is also in walking distance. The suite was really nice and so spacious and so clean.... More

“Horrific”

My room smelled like mold. Housekeeping showed up at 4pm as I was returning from my conference. I told them to came back when I left 20 min later. When I returned at 10pm the room was untouched. For the price you could find a better place and I will certainly not be back!

“Awesome!”

I was told I wouldn't be able to check in until 3, but I came in early and asked anyway and was immediately found a room. As a weary traveler I was very thankful! Loved my room and accommodations!! I would stay here again if I came back to Phoenix!

“A Good Business Hotel in Midtown Phoenix”

This hotel is located in midtown Phoenix, between an IHOP and a Burger King, and across the street from a landmark restaurant (steakhouse) called Durant's (as well as a Circle K).
