Nice Hotel, Great Stay! This was our first time at a Fairfield Inn and Suites and our stay was quite pleasing. It was once a Wingate and as a result, this particular Fairfield has larger than average rooms and suites, a real bonus. The entire hotel was spotless, non-smoking, and nicely decorated. We stayed in a one bedroom King Suite... more

We stayed at this Fairfield because the rate was reasonable (less than $100 including all taxes), it included breakfast, and it was close to the hospital my husband was in. The room was clean, the thermostat worked perfectly, and the beds were comfortable. The towels were softer than most of those I've encountered in hotels for twice the price, which... more

After dropping my mom and toddler off at the Super 8 on Van Buren, we headed on to our hotel, The Fairfield Inn and Suites. The first thing I noticed was all the restaraunts in the area. That's a plus plus when you're greedy like me. I was especially happy to see a schlotzsky's deli right accross the street. I... more

Stayed here Friday and Saturday night. I live in the immediate neighborhood, so this was just a "fun" getaway. Room was spacious, clean and quiet, on the top floor overlooking the pool. AC was cold and effective which is critical in Arizona in the summertime. Liked the free WiFi. Free breakfast was OK, especially liked the make-your-own waffles. Circle K... more

I arrived to the hotel pretty late at night. I was new to the Phoenix area so I had some trouble coming from the airport. Jane at the front desk was so helpful when I checked in. She explained to me where I could go for dinner and if she could assist me with anything. I travel a lot but... more

I just stayed here with my family and it was terrible. We were on the "IHOP side" and we heard nothing but car horns, car alarms, car doors, and people talking all night long. The windows were closed and it was like they were not there at all. We were in room 315 and the floors were filthy. My socks... more

This hotel was clean, staff was courteous, rooms were much bigger than expected. There was road construction going on at the time but we didn't notice any noise from our room. Continental breakfast was very good, with make your own waffles and other continental breakfast fare. I would definitely stay here again if I go back to Phoenix. more

My husband and I stayed in a suite and it was a very average stay. The room was clean, it was nice to have a microwave and fridge, and checking in went smoothly. The only complaints I have include the heavy road construction and the fact that we were woken up several times throughout the night by loud hotel guests... more

This was our first stay at a Wingate Inn and it proved to be a pleasantly surprising stay at a well-equiped business hotel. We obtained the best rate by booking directly with the hotel on their website (which was extremely competitive compared to other hotels we had considered). The location of the hotel was good for our needs. Parking our... more

This hotel was definately one of the best I've ever stayed in. The service was great, the rooms were very clean and spacious and the price was far less than what I expected to pay. I've paid a lot more for a lot less. My only complaint was the construction going on on the adjacent street. It has nothing to... more
