We stayed here on two occasions in May, and loved it! The location, parking, check-in, and room were exactly what we were looking for, and all at a very good rate. The room was quiet, cool and perfect for sleeping. Great coffee and a much better than average free brekfast. We will be using this hotel for all future trips... More

The Fairfield Inn is a great location if you want to be downtown and near the rail system. I got a good price online. Our room was large and very clean. The staff was friendly, helpful, gave us suggestions and a list of local restaurants for dinner. The breakfast bar was clean, had healthy choices and was a bit better... More

The location of this hotel is fantastic if you want a central Phoenix location. It's easy to get to from the airport (10-15 minute ride.) The lobby area was typical Fairfield Inn, nice, clean and welcoming. The marketplace was well stocked with food and there was always hot coffee. In the morning the breakfast was impressive for a hotel that... More

Stayed here for three days instead of paying top $ at downtown Sheraton. Hotel was clean and quiet. Typical, unspectacular breakfast, and worse than average workout equipment, but hotel was conveniently located. Would stay again! More

Stayed one night in April, used my Marriott points. Hotel was very clean, room was also clean. Decor typical of smaller hotels in the Marriott chain. Had a breakfast buffet included. Variety was limited but there was plenty to fill you up, just be there before it closes at 9:30am on weekdays. I would stay here for another short stay... More

I was a guest at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Phoenix March 10-14 I was disappointed with the shuttle service on two occasions. The first experience was on Saturday we walked to a restaurant on 7th and Osborn Road (about 1.5 miles). The front desk staff told us the shuttle goes within a 3 mile radius and before we left... II was expecting mediocre and got a great value for my dollar! What a nice, clean and spacious place to stay while n Phoenix. The staff was professional and attentive – no phoniness – just real honest and kind people. The room was quite spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and there was a flat screen TV in the room... The Fairfield in Phoenix is centrally located. Rooms were large and clean and staff were friendly. On-site parking was no problem. The free breakfast was pretty typical of the free hotel breakfasts offered by hotels in the class. There was a sizeable snack shop by the front desk that offered a good variety of food and necessities at reasonable prices.... More

This hotel provides all you could hope for from a Fairfield Inn. The rooms and common areas are clean and the hotel staff is remarkably friendly and helpful. The rooms are in need of some modernization - they are feeling quite dated. But they are roomy and tidy. The fourth floor rooms feature higher ceilings and nice tall windows. My... More
