The grounds, the extra space in the room, the balcony, the fire pit, wonderful drinks and bartenders. A great breakfast-(eggs done perfectly). A very efficient cook. This might be the best laid out room I've been in. I wish we could have stayed even longer.

good yet not the best coffee maker not replaced until after third request room a little rough around the edges - needs some minor maintenance hotel staff was nice, breakfast was very nice I would not discourage a stay here but might look at other locations prior to booking which is unfortunate because the hotel has all the right parts... The staff were fantastic. The décor was quite dated & there were some issues with noise travelling from the upstairs suite every time someone used the bathroom. Our bathroom had some tiles that had been repaired, but they just looked dirty, rather than repaired. The air conditioning was quite noisy & every time it came on it sounded like someone... More

Hotel was great, room service very limited in choices, on site restaurant for dinner also had a limited menu. Breakfast was great, the made to order omelets were very good. Evening reception was fine, and the snacks are limited to carrots and dip or chips and salsa, but free drinks not just wine and beer. Your free alcohol is not... More

The location was close to shops and restaurants. From check-in to check-out, the staff at the Embassy Suites was terrific. The complementary breakfast was exceptional. I would like to add that Lorena and Iyvette who were the cooks in the morning were very friendly. Rooms were neat and clean; however, the rugs really do need a shampoo to them as... More

The hotel was nice and clean. The complementary breakfast was better than I expected. The room was very spacious and had alot to offer. I come to Scottsdale for the Barrett Jackson yearly and I think I will be staying here for next year. Overall highly recommend this hotel.

I love Embassy Suites in Scottsdale because of their very helpful and polite staff, their fair prices, their comfortable, spacious rooms. I recommend this to all my good friends. The rooms are neat and clean, the views are good, the food is good, the hospitality is great.

Dear Jeanette H., We appreciate the wonderful comments. Our staff genuinely tries to make every guest's stay a great one. We just introduced a new menu with southwestern food that continues to improve. Our hotel will also be doing some renovations later this year. With all the great changes we hope you come back during your next vacation! More

I do not recommend this hotel. The heater and fridge were both extremely loud all night. I was unable to get any sleep. If you can find another hotel in the area, stay there! Not worth the cost since you are unable to sleep due to the loud noises!

Overall, a solid place to stay a night. Room did need some maintenance work though. Fan was rattling and loud whenever it was on. Shower drain backed up after about 90 seconds and no one enjoys showering in a filling tub. Bar area was nice, food and menu were above average and liquor selection was actually really strong.

Dear kellycm2, Happy to hear you enjoyed the stay, but no one likes to deal with issues in their suites. We're sorry about the maintenance problems and notified our Chief Engineer. This is something we'll have to review with our staff while their doing room inspections. Our restaurant just recently rolled out their new menu and aim to receive higher... More

We stayed 4 nights as part of a conference. We were impressed by the excellent value the guests receive. The hotel has a nice pool and hot tub and a beautiful view of the mountains. The staff is helpful but when we needed someone to help with our bags we were told that they didn't have anyone who could help... More

Dear Susie B., Pleased to hear about your wonderful experience during your 4 night stay. Our staff works very hard to ensure every guest is taken off. The views are impressive and one of our most talked about features. Spacious suites are something I defiantly look for in a hotel. I like to move around a lot so having that... More
