“great place to stay!”

This hotel is very nice, relaxing, good food, great service, and where I will always stay when I come to Phoenix. I completely enjoyed my stay, and got my business done, with time to really enjoy the hotel, and relax by the pool. The young man playing the guitar in the pool area was the icing on the cake!

Nicely surprised with this ES! Rooms are huge and comfortable with a nice view to the golf course and the mountains in the foreground. Hot Breakfast Buffet-Style. All and all a very pleasant surprise and will repeat next time in the area!

Got here and front desk girl was polite. When we got to our room is was 80° and did not cool down for 2 hours. Called the front desk to have someone check the AC, room temp never changed. Called back to get change rooms and this was kind of a hassle. Who wants to sleep in a hot rom?... More

I really enjoyed the Embassy Suites Phoenix-Scottsdale. A two room suite with a nice view of the golf course. The rate was fantastic and the check in process was smooth. They serve complimentary cocktails every evening! The complimentary breakfast was the best breakfast I have seen at any hotel. Will go back soon!

I will preface this review saying that I have never stayed at an Embassy Suites before and probably had higher expectations which lead to the less than great review. I had always believed that Embassy Suites were a full service, 4-5 star hotel/resort. Based on my recent stay, I would say Embassy Suites are average 3-4 star hotels. Positives: Great... More

We did a one night stay for a local get away, great choice for sure. Free happy hour for 2 hrs in the evening, rooms are spacious and comfy especially the beds.
