Great location near lots of restaurants and large mall. Staff very friendly. Be aware that it is on a golf course and if you are staying on the side of the property of the 1st hole you will hear the club house announce on a loud speaker each group that is to be on the 1st tee. Starts at 0700... More

Standard Embassy Suites except NO functioning wireless connection in the guest rooms. I complained the first time--and moved to a new room. That made no difference--the seocnd room had no wifi signal either. Had to go to the lobby to get a decent signal. My computer is less than 6 months old and connects wirelessly with ease (like right now)... More

I love Embassy Suites for two reasons: no extra charge for breakfast and the early evening manager's reception. This hotel sits on a golf course and has some nice views. We met the hospitality director and he was very nice. The made to order breakfast was excellent. The buffet portion was so so. The manager's reception was great. They have... More

A little different layout than most Embassy Suites. No atrium. Hotel borders on a golf course--very convenient. High point is the happy hour. Snacks and free drinks. The snacks are the usual, but the drinks are mostly whatever you want from the bar, not the usual cheapest wine and beer they can buy. Nice treat and well attended. Some of... More

I stayed here for two nights on a business trip. The hotel borders what seems like a good golf course and there's a driving range right next to it (you can sit on the porch, have breakfast, and have a laugh at the expense of those learning golf there!). The lobby is good and the rooms too were quite adequate.... More

Hello Akshir, We welcome the feedback and happy to read your business trip at the Embassy Suites Phoenix-Scottsdale went well. It helps to be in a relaxing atmosphere while conducting business. Nice to get a fresh beginning and slow turn down in the evening. I do wish we had more space for a larger fitness facility with more variety. It... More

Conveniently located (within walking distance) near nice restaurants and bars, Target, REI. The front desk staff was friendly though they always seemed to be a bit rushed in answering a question (even if no other guest was around to assist). There is a golf course on site, though we didn't play. The pool and lounge area is quite nice. Evening... More

Hello Ann P., Thank you for the wonderful comments. Probably one of the greatest benefits of staying at the Embassy Suites Phoenix-Scottsdale is the close proximity to all the shops, restaurants, bars and the golf course out back. I'm glad you were able to take in all the amenities the hotel had to offer. It really does help relax the... More

I stayed there for three days during a business trip. Arrival was not very pleasant. There were about 20 to 30 kids running around in swimsuits. But once settled, it was a nice hotel. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. Its location is OK. It is not a luxury hotel, but it is a very clean... More

Hello Bami1964, Thank you for choosing us on your business trip. I have to apologize about the commotion with the kids. We get a lot of youth sports groups and families this time of year before weather gets too unbearable! They do bring a lot of enthusiasm to the hotel though. While we're not a luxury resort, the Embassy Suites... More

Pros:large rooms, soft towels, microwave, mini coffee maker, breakfast, tv's, wifi cost $15 a day and it was extremely slow Cons: * Price for what you get. * Large, wide, extremely LOUD lawn mower starts mowing around the hotel at 4:45am every morning, and grounds crew yelling above the mower noise. Be prepared to awake at that exact time because... More

Hello en 1, I'm very sorry about the disturbances you experienced during your stay. We've been trying to work closely with the golf course to adjust the times they do maintenance on their greens. It's important to us that our guests are able to get a restful night's sleep. Unfortunately the golf course is a separate entity from the hotel... More

We are getting ready to check out today after 4 wonderful nights in this hotel. We have been very pleased with the accommodations and the service. It isn't your typical Embassy with the atrium effect, it has more of a resort feel to it. The lobby area looks onto the pool and golf course. The positive things about this hotel... More

What can I say? Two weeks, golf course a few feet away, pool, hot tub, free cooked breakfast, free drinks and snacks 5:30-7:30. Centre of everything. A suite with 2 beds and a pull out sofa, clean, great staff. Already planning for next year! Yeah
