I can't say enough good things about this hotel. First, considering the difficulty this traveler routinely experiences trying to fall asleep in a strange bed with a weird pillow, SpringHill somehow got it ALL right. Each queen bed was perfectly firm and covered by six pillows that seemed excessive at first until I realized each pillow was slightly different. I... more

We stayed here on the tail end of a trip to Sedona, the Grand Canyon and southwest Utah. This was a great hotel. The pool area was nice, the room was large and clean and the breakfast was good. The location was excellent. My son and I walked to the Diamondbacks game in about 10 minutes and my wife and... more

Stayed 2 nights, including attending a game at Chase Field one of the nights. The biggest advantage of this hotel is its convenience to the ballpark - it's just a 3 - 4 block walk. The hotel itself was OK. I think calling their rooms "suites" is quite generous - the room is reasonably large, but to me, a suite... more

Based on Trip Advisor reviews and proximity to the downtown convention center, I chose Springhill Suites for a three-night stay to attend a conference. The hotel is a short ride from the airport, with a reliable and courteous complimentary shuttle service. You can call the hotel from the free phones in the airport’s ground transportation and information area and be... more

Most of the info in the existing reviews is still very up-to-date as of Feb 28-March 1, 2009, when I stayed at the SpringHills Suites Phoenix Downtown. My main purpose for the trip to Phoenix was to attend a Suns basketball game at the US Airways Center. The lobby was very presentable, if you are visiting and you are planning... more

Two friends and I stayed here in late Sept. 2008, mainly to be within walking distance of Chase Field, home of the Arizona Diamondbacks. The hotel is just 3 blocks away from the ball park, an easy walk. It saves time and money not having to deal with the hassle of parking. On the way is a nice pub, the... more

I drove from LA to Pheonix non stop in the middle of the night after work on a Friday night to attend my Best Friend's Baby Shower in Pheonix. I should have just taken the day off and drove in the daylight. After a blowout on the 10 freeway at 100mph, and dealing with a AAA driver not knowing anything... more

We were looking for a hotel close to Chase Field. We traveled over Labor Day weekend. This hotel was very clean, the room was very spacious, the staff was friendly, attentive and welcoming and the room rate was a great deal. (We booked directly through the hotel's website) The free breakfast buffet was a lot better than other hotels that... more

We were exhausted after flying a red eye into Phoenix. We were picked up via complimentary shuttle at the airport and allowed to check in at 8:30 AM, almost unheard of. They then offered us complimentary breakfast upon check in. If you don't want to rent a car, this hotel is perfectly located not far from Chase Field and a... more
