I was here for a business meeting. The hotel is a large property. I didn't have time to explore it much due to time constraints with meetings. I did walk on the path from the hotel out to the Main Street. The path is a nice walk in the daytime, but creepy at night because it is not lit! The... More

We thought this hotel was nice. It has a Roys and Starbucks in the hotel so that is nice. Our room was a little noisy 1304 was near the elevator I would definitely not have a room here near the elevator. The service in the hotel was great. Another plus is they have complementary water at many locations - that... More

A huge but gorgeously maintained desert haven. Popular with conferences and conventions, as well as golfers. Valet or self parking options. Spacious, quiet and well appointed rooms with balconies offering a range of views. Numerous dining options and a Starbucks (!). Feel this would be a solid option for both business and personal trips.

Very nice place for a business convention. Hotel staff was very helpful, the lobby bar interesting, and the outdoor bar very cozy with heaters for the winter. The rooms were nice - not luxurious. The on-site Roy's restaurant was a nice surprise. It felt like a nice business hotel, not a resort by my standards.

We had a very large room with a separate sitting area, a large bathroom, a separate bedroom and a large deck. The room was away from the main areas and was really quiet and peaceful. We found all of the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. While it is a beautiful place and can be quite spendy, the staff... More

I loved the time here. We were in the canyon villas and also the hotel. Both were great; amenities very well done and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The health club is good, classes are offered and the staff courteous and helpful.

This is a gorgeous Marriott property. I wish it would have been warm as the pool and grounds were so amazing. Everyone was very pleasant and there is a shuttle to restaurants and shops that runs every hour. I am a gold elite and asked for an upgrade but did not get upgraded. But only thing that bothered me was... More

I guess if you want to cough up 70k to be local members of the Griffin Club, then your service will be impeccable compared to the average Joe who comes up on occasion while staying there. Had gone up one night early January and place was packed . As I learned later after sitting a few, it was pretty much... More

We stayed in this hotel for some meeting and it is a great place for sure. The rooms are nice, the pool is gigantic with lotos of loungers and there is good service around the pool. The grounds are very well maintained and the service of the staff is very good. you definitely feel very welcome here.

This is our new "go-to" resort for a relaxing and "feeling like royalty" vacation. We typically go to 5-star all-inclusive resorts in Cancun (the Hyatt Zilara being our favorite). We've also been to the Hyatt Gainey Ranch, which we liked; however, this JW Marriott will now be our "go-to" vacation resort. We are only entry level Marriott rewards member, but... More
