We had a very positive experience in this hotel. Everything was completely comfortable. The only downfall for us was the shuttle was almost useless. It doesn't run on weekends, it will only pick up and drop off between 1-5 miles. The airport is too far for them to pick up. So we arrived from the airport on light rail at... More

We selected this location after being referred to check it out, and we were very pleased. The hotel location, staff, amenities, comfort and location make this hotel a great choice. We loved being able to walk to Chase Stadium, the ASU downtown Phoenix campus as well as being in the center of so much that Phoenix has to offer. The... More

I've stayed here several times now, and have had the same consistent experience. Staff is wonderful! Everyone that I encountered at the front desk, whether it be upon check out, check in, or in need of something... was very friendly, polite and helpful. I forgot toothpaste one time, and the front desk person provided it with a smile! The rooms... More

This hotel stay was a very positive experience. The check-in was quick, the clerk was pleasant, helpful and courteous. The room was very clean and comfortable. There was hardly any exterior noise. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was also very clean and open.

I picked it for the location. Very easy to get around all of Phoenix - less than 10 minutes to the airport and right by Roosevelt row and a bunch of great coffee and restaurant places. I thought the price was a little high but I guess the location requires a slightly higher rate. Nice people.

The hotel was close to everything downtown in Phoenix. The staff were amazingly helpful. The rooms were big, quiet and very well prepared. Parking was free. Breakfast was excellent. The whole hotel was a credit to those who manage and maintain it.

The young woman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful! In fact, every staff member we saw was friendly, smiling, and very pleasant. We both slept really well every night - loved the pillows. The jetted tub was great. We will definitely stay here again!

At the end of the day this was very much an average experience. The staff were friendly and helpful but the room was just like any other. One day the room was not made up and the bathroom cleanliness was not up to par. Complimentary breakfast was adequate but poor quality. Would not stay at this hotel again.

I was in town recently for a conference at the convention center. The Holiday Inn Express was within walking distance of the convention center as well as places to eat. The D-backs were out of town while I was there but Chase Field was within walking distance as well. My room was plenty large for me and everything was in... More

Stayed here for an overnighter in Phoenix because of the proximity to Chase Field to attend a Diamondbacks game. Excellent! Front desk was VERY friendly and accommodating. Room was very clean and quiet. Definitely THE BEST place to stay if in town for a baseball game! Easy (and safe) walk down 5th to the ball field. Complimentary breakfast was just... More
