I picked it for the location. Very easy to get around all of Phoenix - less than 10 minutes to the airport and right by Roosevelt row and a bunch of great coffee and restaurant places. I thought the price was a little high but I guess the location requires a slightly higher rate. Nice people.

The hotel was close to everything downtown in Phoenix. The staff were amazingly helpful. The rooms were big, quiet and very well prepared. Parking was free. Breakfast was excellent. The whole hotel was a credit to those who manage and maintain it.

The young woman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful! In fact, every staff member we saw was friendly, smiling, and very pleasant. We both slept really well every night - loved the pillows. The jetted tub was great. We will definitely stay here again!

At the end of the day this was very much an average experience. The staff were friendly and helpful but the room was just like any other. One day the room was not made up and the bathroom cleanliness was not up to par. Complimentary breakfast was adequate but poor quality. Would not stay at this hotel again.

I was in town recently for a conference at the convention center. The Holiday Inn Express was within walking distance of the convention center as well as places to eat. The D-backs were out of town while I was there but Chase Field was within walking distance as well. My room was plenty large for me and everything was in... More

Stayed here for an overnighter in Phoenix because of the proximity to Chase Field to attend a Diamondbacks game. Excellent! Front desk was VERY friendly and accommodating. Room was very clean and quiet. Definitely THE BEST place to stay if in town for a baseball game! Easy (and safe) walk down 5th to the ball field. Complimentary breakfast was just... More

What a friendly place, the staff from desk personnel to housekeepers seemed to always have a smile and a friendly greeting. The ladies who run the breakfast kept the food coming, and asked if things were good. The is place is a good value, especially if you have kids. The breakfast was always good. A HOT breakfast with bacon, sausages,scrambled... More

This Holiday Inn Express is always easy to deal with. Recently we stayed there while we went to a Suns Game. It is very convenient, you can walk to dinner and then to the arena. We were meeting some people for the game and asked if they could park in their lot while we went to the game. They had... More

I know. Holiday Inn Express. Excellent? Yes. Why would I rate it so highly? Reasons, low to high: Location, walking distance to the convention center and convention hotels. The entire hotel was kept very clean. Room comfort was high, with an in-room refrigerator and microwave. The hotel was kept in good condition (I think they have an on-staff engineer). The... More

I stayed here with a friend a week ago, and was pleased with the experience. We needed a place to stay in an emergency situation, and the Holiday Inn was on the short list of hotels that I knew partnered with Phoenix Comicon, so they had to have been in decent standing. It was reasonably priced and had plenty of... More
