Privately owned needs elbow grease. Better checkin needed. Breakfest buffet is usually free and excellent. Need more staff & more cleaning but this place has potential and is a great location walking distance to metrocenter and restaurants. Pool/Jacuzzi is big but needs repair. Put some money in this gem and get it cleaned up. A few sketchy characters around did... More

The pictures on their website were a bit deceiving. Front desk clerks were friendly. We were given a room with a view of the pool..when we got to the room and opened the curtain, we had a view of trees...could not see the pool. Asked for a different room and they had no problem switching our room. The property is... More

This hotel is one that you should stay away from. Dirty, Gross, and run-down! I can't believe this is rated as high as it is. CAUTION: The bar and restaurant have closed. This is NOT a full-service hotel. One shining moment is the free hot breakfast.

We had an awesome stay here, the staff was amazing and very helpful. The breakfast also exceeded our expectations, it was huuuge. and delicious. I would definitely stay here again, and also reccomend it to anyone. The rooms were very clean however the hotel was a little worn out in some places. Other than that, this hotel was wonderful!

i had several items come up missing from my room and not until after we called the police to make a report did our stay suddenly get denied. My family has been doing business and outings at this location since the late 1900's and on occasion the cabinet representative from the governors office would grace us. I have never ever... More

Hotel has seen better days. Our room had mildew growing around the ceiling of the bathroom. The room air conditioner made noise, but did not create much airflow or cool the room. They do not change the sheets frequently, we ended up sleeping on top of the covers after finding body hairs of previous guests in-between the sheets. The furniture... More

The location is great. The exterior is okay. The check in area and lobby is nice. The rooms are gross. There was a terrible smell in our room. The windows were so dirty we couldn't see outside. There was no trash can in the bathroom. When we flushed the toilet, sewage came up into the tub (thus the smell of... More

I found this place on Groupon Getaways when I was looking for a hotel near the business center where I was attending a seminar. The area it is in is run down and has lots of transient people wandering about. The lobby seemed fine, but once I was checked in and began the long search for my room I noticed... More

The entire floor of our hotel smelled like poop. We went there for a conference with several of us staying in this hotel. I really really hope they don't book this place again! The staff was not very friendly.

After reading the reviews I felt compelled to write my own. I stayed here during a funeral and was surprised. I didn't want to spend a lot and got a great deal on Price Line. I was expecting something very old and scarey. Instead I was greeted by some nice attendants in the lobby, even at midnight when we checked... More
