I didn`t expect much, and that is what i got. At first it don`t look to bad, but that changes. It`s more of a long stay hotel than a regular hotel. People sitting outside their doors at night. I seen the police there a couple of times in a week, not sure what for. When paying for a week at... more

Didn't really expect much in this part of Phoenix, but not only has the area improved but this hotel is one welcome addition!! The people in the office were great. Pleasant, friendly, and proffesional. We were allowed our privacy without interruption. The room was modest but nice and it was most definately clean. We'll do it again soon as we get... more

Being familiar with Phoenix, thought because of location & price this would be a downgraded area. We were shocked checking in. The desk peopler were very friendly making telephone reservations & the welcome we got upon arriving was very outgoing, (THE WAY EVERY BUSINESS SHOULD BE) We felt truly appreciated. Unbelieving, when we drove in, very pretty site, grounds very... more

It is a budget hotel and it definitely feels like one. It is a hotel with outdoor corridor with people just hang out by their doors. The room seems dated but reasonably clean. There is a very strong, bothersome ammonia smell, however. I cannot put my finger on what might be wrong with the hotel but I would say it... more

It was very awful! Not clean. The sheets were dirty, pillow smells, and restroom very dirty. Didn't stay more than an hour. I lost my money and checked in at sheraton four star by metro mall, for the same price. more

Stayed just one night, arrived late into Phoenix, left at 8am the next morning. We wanted to be in north Phoenix, as we were heading to the Grand Canyon the next morning, and did not want to get stuck in bad central Phoenix traffic. It was a good 25% cheaper than anything else I could find nearby. The neighborhood was... more

This place was awful...dirty, people here did not care. I got unexpectedly ill due to a food allergy, and these people could have cared less. Clean??? Hell NO!! They never came and cleaned the room. They did not even throughly clean my room when I became ill. They said that I had to leave in order for my room to... more

This hotel is filthy. When I checked in there was a woman dressed in a tube top and short, shorts. She was paying for "another night" in cash (all 20's), I think she was a local "street entrpreneur" because they told her she would need to check out the next day unless she can pay again by 11am. She said... more

The hotel was first of all very very dirty, it has great ammenities such as a kitchen with microwave and stovetop and large frige, but the cabinets were coated with grease that got on my clothes when I leaned on them and someone had not cleaned around the toilet or tub in the bathroom for many weeks, it appeared. As... more
