I like the Westin Hotels and chose them when I can. This one was nice, and we actually were upgraded as Startwood members. That was nice as you received use of the lounge w/snacks, breakfast and soda/coffee. I've stayed at other hotels and with the concierge/lounge level typically wine/beer was included. Here we had to pay. Not really complaining but... More

The valet people were very friendly and helpful, as was front desk. Nice and sebaceous. Not sure that the architect made best use of the space in the suit, but don't take that as a negative, just a view that many modern architects do not bother to think that someone will actually use what they design :-). We had a... More

We stayed at this hotel for three nights while visiting the ASU Downtown Phoenix Campus. Very conveniently located. The dates were over my husbands birthday and I booked the corner king on the club floor, a premium room. Wow...what a room with a view! Absolutely stunning. He was so impressed from the moment we walked in. Our check-in was smooth... More

I stayed at the Westin with my fiancée for our anniversary. We loved it, from the start the staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was amazing, I still can't believe it was only 105$ a night. The pool is a little small and the valet parking is crazy expensive. But all in all a great weekend. I will... More

My wife and I stayed at the Westin, downtown Phoenix, on 08/14/14. We had a late flight into Phoenix and booked a room here based on the Trip Advisor reviews, price, location, and of course, the heavenly beds! When we arrived, to check in, the front desk employee, I think his name was Keith, was very nice, and even recommended... More

Large well-apportioned comfortable room with city views. Good service. Reasonable off-season rates. Clean. Smart decor. Relaxing pool offers view of clouds, stars and city art. Metro light rail and bus hub is conveniently across the street.

My husband and I recently took a last minute trip to Phoenix. After making the reservation for the Westin, Craig, sent me a personal email welcoming me and asking me if there was a special occasion for the trip and inquiring if he could help with any planning. I replied that it was a birthday present from my husband to... More

My son and I stayed at the Westin prior to taking a tour of the Arizona State University Downtown campus. It's very conveniently located across the street, which is great considering it was over 100 degrees in the shade. The hotel itself is very nice and definitely upscale in feel and appearance. All of the hotel staff we came in... More

I choose the Westin due to its proximity to Chase Field. I had to drive around the property a few times to locate the valet (28$ per night). Looks as if the hotel shares it space with another company. Check in was smooth and everyone was friendly. The lobby is very nice and modern looking. The fountains are a nice... More

When a Westin hotel cannot follow through with a basic turn down service and fresh towels when requested four hours earlier, what else are the staff unable/unwilling to do? Guess this is a "sign of the times"; even in a upscale hotel, poor or no service is good enough. A pity for younger people who will never experience what good... More

Thank you for providing feedback regarding your recent visit. I apologize for not following thru on a basic request for turndown and towels. This absolutely should have been provided seamlessly. I have taken your feedback to our team in order to improve and not miss basic expectations such as this in the future. More
