We needed to find a hotel near the airport in Phoenix. We were only staying one night so I wasn't looking for a luxury place. After comparing various hotels, ratings and amenities, I thought that the Crowne Plaza looked the best. I was very pleased with the pleasant, courteous people at check-in and check-out. They were helpful with all our... More

We stayed one night, after visiting other areas of AZ, as we had an early flight the next morning. We booked online, bidding without knowing what hotel we'd get, and got a good rate: $175 total for 3 rooms. The front desk clerk who checked us in was very friendly and gave us exactly the rooms we wanted: king beds... More

Familydiva, Thank you for your review. It is good to hear that you were able to experience our wonderful customer service. From the front desk to our housekeeping, our staff was able to show you exactly how a hotel should treat their guests. In the past, Crowne Plaza’s offered robes in the rooms. Crowne Plaza is making some changes to... More

While this is considered an airport hotel, it is super convenient to downtown Phoenix. The light rail station is across the street. A $3.50 day pass gets you to the heart of downtown stadiums, convention center and entertainment district (about 15 minute ride). A great option for a downtown conventions without the high price. Rooms are pretty typical, clean and... More

Dear Hoss M, Thank you for your review. I am glad to hear your enjoyed our hotel and the location. It is nice to have the light rail just across the street. It makes getting to downtown Phoenix or downtown Tempe very convenient. It is a little bit of an inconvenience to have the parking garage not attached, but at... More

Stayed here one night after arriving into USA on a long flight, and the hotel met our needs. It offers free wi-fi but no free Breakfast and parking is also charged for. Thankfully we had left our rental until the morning and didn't have to pay that. Also the shuttle in the morning was able to take us directly to... More

Dear DarrellNI, Thank you for your review. I am glad we were able to meet your needs after your long flight. While we do not offer a free breakfast with every room, we do have some rates available that would include breakfast for up to two people. For parking, we do charge, but we offer a discount for Priority Club... More

The hotel is close to airport....I stayed at hotel for 3 days while in Phoenix on Business. The hotel is a little dated and needs some upgrading. Room was clean but, the sink drained very slow. Wasn't too happy with the daily parking fee of $5 a day. More

Dear trylzom62, Thank you for your review. It is nice to have a location so close to the airport. It makes it nice and convent for those business travelers, like yourself, that might have an early flight. While our hotel might not be the most updated, we do take the time to make sure the rooms are clean. Also, if... More

Stayed here many times for work, the rooms are always clean and are very large. Every room has a sofa which is a nice perk. Hate the option of only being in bed or out of the room. The airport shuttle runs on a perfect schedule and is always on time. The front desk staff is wonderful. 2 complaints that... More

Dear tsmo45, Thank you for your review. Thank you for staying with us when you are in Phoenix for business. It is good to have a place where you are comfortable to stay when you are away from home. I stayed for one night and found the room to be an outstanding value. The king size bed was most comfortable and the entire room/bathroom was clean and well maintained. But I was most impressed with the staff. Their were friendly and most professional, everyone from the front desk to the shuttle van driver. I would definitely recommend staying at... More

I stayed at this hotel on the ninth floor for three days and two nights on business. Dear Finvey, Thank you for your review. It sounds like you had a great trip to our hotel. It is great that everything in your room was in working order. We recently used their facility for a four day regional sales training/sales meeting location. The entire staff was extremely friendly, helpful, pro-active and competent. The meals were very good by hotel standards and the guest rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. We would definitely come back to this hotel for future meetings in the Phoenix vicinity. Our reservation was for a room with a king bed with a queen pullout sofa. We were given a handicapped room with one double bed and no where in the washroom for any toiletries.
