This was the 3rd hotel we stayed in during a two-week relocation. Other two didn't get good reviews from us. Meaning this good review should be taken seriously. 2 Adults, 2 Teenagers and 2 Dogs. We were there for 3 nights while we waited for our furniture to arrive in Phx (corporate relocation). What a great respite after a torturous... more

I stayed at this location thru part of February and most of March. The location is great. Lots of restaurants, shopping and groceries within walking distance. The area felt safe and was relatively quiet. Only a few minutes from downtown and the airport, and easy access to most major thru ways (51, I-10, 101, 202, I-17). On my first stay... more

This hotel lists it's double suite as a "Queen Suite" and having two queen beds. This is not the case. There are no queen beds on the property. They only have double beds which I was told by the front desk manager is the same as a queen bed. Queen bed = 60x80 and double bed = 54x75. That extra... more

I had a corporate extended stay at this hotel and it was delightful. Nice sized suite with a very comfortable bed, plentiful pillows, and comfy duvet cover. 2 plasma screen TV's with one in the bedroom and one on the living area. Fully equipped kitchen with full size refrigerator, 2 burner stove top, microwave oven, dishwasher, and coffee pot. Dishes,... more

This was the second year we stayed at this hotel. Staff are always pleasant and helpful. I wasn't feeling well due to allergies and the Manager let me know that they had something there that I could purchase that would help. The rooms are nicely decorated and very clean. The hot breakfast and dinners Monday to Friday are very nice... more

We went to visit relatives for Thanksgiving. We had a 2 bedroom suite for our family of 2 adults, 3 kids (8,9,11). the room was clean, nicely furnished, quiet, comfortable. Kids were sold as soon as they saw a "plasma TV" right in their own room. Don't know if it's some low water deal or not, but the toilets clogged... more

Three of us stayed at the Homewood Suites Biltmore for six nights at the end of April. The breakfast buffet and use of the computer with free internet access was very nice. The staff was very helpful. The location was good for us, and close to shopping and many chain restaurants. The problem was the three big bugs we had... more

This Homewood property was typical of others I've stayed at. The room was a one bedroom suite, with a kitchen and livingroom. I arrived during a cold spell in Phoenix and was pleased to have a fireplace in the living room while I relaxed. There was a very nice complementary breakfast buffet and several restaurants within close walking distance (even... more

We arrived at the hotel - by taxi - at 1:00 AM. The clerk was friendly, accommodating and informational. She was able to change our room at the last minute to give us a King (which was not available when we booked). The room itself was adequate, if nothing special. It was on the first floor, but not noisy, nor... more

This was my first time at a Homewood Suites and I was happy. I found it nicer/cleaner than some of the Residence Inns I've stayed at. The bed was comfy, lots of soft pillows, a huge room service menue, and no problems with the internet service. I was upgrade to a 2 room suite based on being a Hilton VIP... more
