This is over priced for the crap that goes on here!!! The rooms, towels, bathroom, kitchen area, crappy. There is no "fitness center" or pool like the booking agent said but can travel 10 mins to another crappy extended stay. No ice machine either. The laundry is $2 per load and $2 for dry?! The kitchenware is lacking and a... More

Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay at Extended Stay America Phoenix - Deer Valley. Given our company's commitment to superior guest satisfaction, I was disheartened to read that your stay wasn't 100% satisfactory. Please understand how truly sorry I am. The experience you described is truly regrettable. We strive to ensure that our guests have... More

My wife and I have been staying here for four months (Aug, Sept, Oct, Nov) waiting for our house to close before we can move in. Our issues lie with the cleaning staff only. I have no problem using the sheets for 7 days, but several times I have had to go to the front office and get clean bedding;... More

It was business trip to Phoenix. My company booked this hotel because it was close to my office in 23rd N Ave. I stayed here for almost 40 days. My first impression of the hotel was good, it was neat and clean. Reception staff was helpful and friendly liked my room, kitchen and bath room. Amenities: AC was working fine... More

I've liked Extended Stay hotels in other states because I like to cook my own food when I travel on business. Not this one though! I booked this through the hotel website and requested a "very quiet top floor non-smoking room". When I arrived I was told that the hotels do not receive any "special" requests made on the website,... More

I booked this room for my family who were in town to visit, the room was ok, could of been cleaned a whole lot better, the bed was not comfortable and an upgrade of $20.00 a day meant you get a second bed in the room. We were on the second floor and my niece was walking around the room,... More

Booked this hotel for 4 people through Priceline. The price was great, but we found out why when we got there. When we got to the hotel, we were given a room with 1 queen bed. Clearly not enough for 4 adults. We were able to switch to a king suite with a pull-out couch, but were charged an additional... More

My first couple of experiences at this hotel were very good. The staff and management were friendly and made you feel welcome to be a guest at their hotel. This changed after a new manager came along that insisted the employees at this hotel do not interact with their guest. This hotel went from a warm and welcoming atmosphere (what... More

First and foremost, the management at this property are rude. The only person who was actually courteous to the guests was fired for fraternizing? I thought this was supposed to be the hospitality industry?!? The wireless internet is ridiculous, only about 15K downloads. The tv's are only 19" with a limited cable channel selection. There is no type of breakfast... More

I booked 5 nights for my parents as they visit Phoenix at end of Oct 2006, so far I like the place, specially with the price ($25) per night. Full kitchen, qeen bed standard on all reservation. The place is little too far from Phoenix's area, but nothing terrible as only about 10 minutes drive to Metro area and about... More
