We selected this hotel because of the close location to the Banner Rehab facility'. The breakfast was adequate, rooms small, but clean. Staff was helpful. On the other side, the pool was not clean, and it was difficult to get to get cold water, (the machine was out of water) and there is no refrigerator. We will stay here again... More

I selected this hotel because the two closest/nicer hotels near my seminar were fully booked. I had low expectations of the hotel, which turned out to be accurate. Pros: Friendly, helpful staff. Quick check-in and check-out. Courtesy shuttle from the airport and courtesy local shuttle 7-5 each day allowed me to save money on taxis. Free breakfast (eggs, bagels, yogurt,... More

You are not staying at the Ritz...but for the price and location. This little gem does the job just fine. The staff are friendly and responsive. The lobby is dated...but the rooms are clean! It worked well for my son and I during our Spring Training trip. Close to downtown Scottsdale to not be in the rush hour traffic. The... More

Each year we stay at the Quality Inn Downtown for the weekend of the Indian Market at the Heard Museum. Its location is very convenient for access to the museum (within walking distance via a very pleasant old neighborhood--Alvarado) and also to the Phoenix Art Museum, the light rail and the airport. The facilities and the breakfast are adequate. Quiet,... More

Business trips mean I don't need a lot of amenity - a clean room and secure environment. My four night visit just met those needs. Barely. Room was clean. Hallways were quiet. No road noise. Great location 1/2 block from light rail line. Great way to get around in Downtown. Conference hotel was $200/night, but I paid $80 ( with... More

This hotel is an average place, all things considered. It has a free continental breakfast included, and the room prices are right for the budget conscious. There is no restaurant in the building. The main reason I chose this hotel is that it gives a good "hospital" discount for relatives of those undergoing medical treatment in the nearby (0.8 mi)... More

I was very disappointed with my stay. Bad customer service, dirty room, smelly hallways and broken toilet. I was traveling with a group and had requested adjoining rooms. When we checked in we were told "I didn't put the rooms near each other. No big deal right?" She was able to find two rooms together but was very rude about... More

I picked this hotel as it was listed on a local hospital website . I have never been treated so poorly. I found blood and feces on thd toliet. The only plug to use in the bathroom was burnt. The iron didn't work. The pool was gross the Jacuzzi broke. And the manager called me a lier. The front desk... More

Chose this hotel for the airport shuttle, and I freq stay at Choice Hotels, cuz I know what I'm going to get. Bookended a vacation. The beds were clean and comfortable, but the TV and armoire frightfully outdated and the TV would not stay inside the cabinet unless you closed both doors. If not, it extended out a couple of... We needed a short term stay near the hospital and choose this hotel because of it's proximity. We weren't expecting much and got about what we expected. When we first arrived, I was ready to leave because if the room was in similar condition to the outside and surrounding area, we didn't want to stay there. We reserved a one-... More
