Aloft properties feel clubby in a Euro styled character. You'll know the difference as you walk into the chique somewhat edgy, euro-styled lobby - the bar and lounge and pool table are inviting. Without exception, the staff will greet you warmly. I was especially impressed with desk clerk Nancy who went out of her way to assist and share a... More

Not a very quiet hotel, but until last night, not horrible either. Sure, the safe was broken, and hotel staff said the only remedy was to switch rooms, but that wasn’t a deal-breaker either. Last night was horrific, though. There’s some kind of biker event in town, and this hotel must be on a “main drag” because all night long,... More

Nice place to stay if you are a tourist or a business traveler. This one is a good location close to the airport but also very close to the 202 freeway and the 143 and easy to get to Mill Ave if you want to go hang out there. They are also pretty close to a Costco if you need... More

Very friendly and professional desk staff, lovely outdoor area and lounge, and free, reliable shuttle short distance to airport. Easy to find. Swimming pool, near public transportation. Perfect airport hotel!

Stayed from March 16 to 22, 2014 on a business trip. The housekeeping was virtually non-existence. I had to request the front desk to make sure that the room was turned down properly. The empty Tea Cups with tea bags etc would be lying where it was left in the morning. The bed bed when made up would be full... More

We apologize for the experience you had during your recent stay with us. We have addressed these issues and management has expressed its concern to our housekeeping team. These issues are far from the high standards Aloft Phoenix Airport upholds and will not be experienced in the future. Again we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you and... More

We were relocated from one hotel to Aloft due to facility problems. The front desk people could not have been any more accommodating and welcoming. In the morning, they made recommendations for our day and arranged for our cab. Great people make this place special.

I'll admit it right now, we were looking for a deal, and knew next to nothing about this brand prior to our ONE night's stay. We were excited to find someplace so close to the airport offering reasonable prices. Shuttle service was fast and I cannot say enough about the drivers, both to and from the nearby airport. The hotel... More

Worst part of my stay was the check-in, where the lady, I think her name was Charisse, was less than charming. No "Hi, welcome to Aloft, how are you" etc. She simply said "Check-in?" and "Credit Card and ID". This wasn't a big deal, but I'm used to a little more finesse at Starwood. From there everything else was awesome.... More

I stayed at Aloft Phoenix Airport. The property was nicely maintained and the rooms were funky and fun. The best part however, was he customer service. Everyone was helpful and friendly. The check in clerk, Nancy, was the best! She was able to check me in early, was friendly and helpful, and was able to point me in the right... More
