This is one of the Holiday Inn new look hotels. A nice little bar/lounge and restaurant (did not eat there). Room and bed was very comfortable, new flat screen TV, nicely decorated. Helpful staff and work station area. Very convenient to St. Joe's and Barrow Neuro Hospital. Stayed there while husband was having surgery.

I stayed at the this hotel because the photos online made it look like a brand new hotel. when I pulled I was immediately taken back. It was not what they made it out to be. i checked in an had to ask for a wifi code that should of been provided at check in, the welcome letter stated that... More

I used this hotel during a recent business trip to Phoenix. At check-in, I was surprised to learn that I would have to pay an additional $24 to connect the phone service to my room. I chose not to pay, and didn't use the phone in my room -- quite an inconvenience. Overall, I'd say that the Holiday Inn Phoenix... More

I did a priceline bid winning $32 per night plus tax and fees for two nights. It was two nights too longs. Room in the back of the hotel, no ice in the ice machines, AC worked, but sounded like I was on a jet, room was worn and bathroom had cracks in the tile and had a look of... More

I booked this hotel through Priceline, and after reading a couple of negative reviews was a little apprehensive, wondering what kind of "dump" it would be (according to the reviews). I have to say I was pleasantly surprised to find that the staff was courteous and helpful, the room was clean and well-kept, as were the pool area and exercise... More

This hotel has a number of rooms which face a bare wall and have NO view; the wall is literally just a few feet from the window in some rooms. Buyer beware, ask for an unobstructed room or you'll be sittin' in the dark! Other than that, it's a decent middle of the road hotel if you get a good... More

This Holiday Inn has a fairly convenient location in a good neighbourhood near the Heard Museum (not quite walking distance but the Heard has free parking). The exterior is nothing special, but our room was just fine. No amenities such as coffee, etc., but the restaurant in the parking lot provided a good dinner and breakfast at a reasonable price.... I decided to give the old Holiday Inn a try when downtown hotels were full for a recent conference. Now I remember why I don't like the Holiday Inn. They are not well maintained (this time, the toilet wouldn't quite shut off, but would gurgle off-and-on all night.) They don't have the little amenities (no free coffee in the lobby... More
