This hotel was great! Everything looked brand new, and the rooms were very spacious and comfortable. There was a full-size fridge, kitchen utensils, and dishes in the room which was very convenient. The complimentary breakfast buffet was very nice as well, and a staff member even helped me use the waffle-maker. Didn't get to use the pool, but the area... more

We loved the new Residence Inn which opened in Feb. 2009. It mainly serves the Mayo Clinic guests, but for us, it was perfect. There is a small kitchen with stainless steel appliances, nice quiet pool and small workout area. We like that it is brand new and somewhat unfound yet......now the secret is out! more

This Residence Inn is brand new (it shows in the rooms and lobby!) and practically in the parking lot of the Mayo Hospital (i.e. Phoenix campus).
