My sister and brother in law stayed there and I had stopped by to visit with them and my nephew. They went out to dinner and and I agreed to watch him and we had gone by the pool to watch a movie and realized the kitchen had closed....Tanisha, a very sweet and pleasant server, came up and still offered... The Arizona Biltmore is a true treasure and does not dissapoint. My Wife and I stayed in the Ocatilla Wing and our room was exactly what you would expect from a property of this stature. We dined at Frank and Albert's on property for Breakfast only and the food and service were exceptional. The Wright's Bar is also very classic... More

I planned a group of about 20 people coming to this hotel--rooms and meals were included. I had to peruse the bill carefully as they included charges for a totally different group on my final invoice. When I brought this to their attnetion they were not courteous at all. The buildings are beautiful and reminescent of Frank Llolyd Wrights without... More

We stayed for 1 week in April 2012, as a combined work/holiday. We loved the Arizona Biltmore - our stay here was comfortable, and we enjoyed great service, great food and really professional, friendly staff - totally rate this property!! The surrounding gardens are just magnificent - and because there were so many flowers out when we were there, everytime... More

Stayed at the Biltmore for one night and was excited to see and experience the history associated with the place. The grounds are nicely maintained, rooms well-kept and clean. We found the service to be very good, but our perception of the stay was significantly affected by the $28 resort fee. Probably would not stay there next time. More

Certainly the nicest hotel/resort in Phoenix with lush landscaping and copious service staff. Unfortunately, anyone who has travelled elsewhere may be more critical and see through the facade. This is not a go-to destination if you are thinking of a resort/spa and you are not an Arizona resident. The facilities are pleasant though a bit smallish. The prices are ridiculously... More

I can't think of a place with better grounds. Every where you look it is well maintained and beautiful. I was the same could be said for the rooms. The room was clean and well outfitted but the thermostat in the room was non functioning causing extremely cold air to blow constantly. The only recourse was to turn off the... More

I came to the Biltmore for a business conference. Very nice lobby. The property is very spread out and rooms are accessed by walking paths outside of the main buulding. I checked in and was told what path to take to my room. A bit of a trek but I could deal. What was not acceptable was the room. First... More

Tea at the Biltmore was one of my nicest experiences. I have been to Tea in many places including London, the Ritz in San Franciso, The Brown Palace in Denver, CO. and the Biltmore tea was the best experience hands down. Loved the food, loved the presentation, and loved Kevin. He explained every tea and every sandwich, the scones and... More
