I coordinate several conferences each year and the Arizona Biltmore has been the most fantastic hotel that I have had the pleasure to work with. The conference coordinator, Jeremy Vasquez, was absolutely wonderful and worked closely with us to ensure a successful event. The entire staff was friendly, helpful and available to assist in any way. The AV staff anticipated... more

I stayed here for a spa weekend with a friend. The hotel is gorgeous. Our room was beautiful. The bathroom is as big as most hotel rooms and we ate breakfast on the patio each morning overlooking the impeccable grounds. The service is excellent. The fitness center is one of the best I have encountered in any hotel. The spa... more

Our organization recently had the opportunity to bring together a number of our authorized dealers from across the country and our support personnel for a meeting at the Arizona Biltmore. We considered a number of properties before choosing the Biltmore. In these challenging economic times, we certainly understood the need to find an economical way to hold a meeting but... more

We spent one evening at the hotel in a beautiful 2 bedroom cottage and had our own private outdoor hot tub! The bell staff was so curtious and helpful, I immediately knew we were going to have a relaxing , pampering experience. We (group of 2 adults and 3 children) spent the entire day at the pool and had lunch... more

According to its website, the Arizona Biltmore opened in 1929 and is looks like it hasn't aged a day. The hotel is truly special in that it avoided two very easy and common mistakes: (1) it didn't try to update itself with the times only to have a mishmash of styles and (2) it didn't let itself go either. Though... more

I wanted to book a special day for my Wife's birthday. I have a limited budget, and since we live in Phoenix, generally speaking the hotels here are reasonable during the summer time. Working with the conciege, she helped me with my limited expenses and made it work. She made sure that our room had "birthday amenities" that made my... more

Returned recently from Regional Meeting at the Biltmore. Without a doubt one of the best meetings I had due to the hotel's service, food and beverage and staff! Their creativity and attention to detail. You can not find a better hotel in the valley for a meeting or for any type of event. I want to share how the banquet... more

I was looking for a quiet getaway. The Biltmore Resort and Spa provided just that within the confines of the "Occtilla". The room was quiet and adjoined by a semi-private pool. The room was elegantly furnished and left nothing to the imagination. Comfort, style, and elegance best describes the amenitites. Dining within the Biltmore was another treat. The waitstaff was... more

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. Our purpose was to "get away" and relax. Our experience (first at this hotel) was just that. Our room was perfect. It was spacious and clean. It seemed as though it was brand new. The bed was incredible and the extra things throughout the room were nice: little cactus on shelf, the... more
