Very nice hotel. Not too far off the 10. If you need to shop, there is a mall across the street. The service is outstanding at this hotel. The personnel have the old time attitude. They know and remember your name. They have a friendly sense of humor. Beautiful bar that serves bar food and the full restaurant menu. We... More

We had great service from all the staff when we were there. Special mention goes to Sharon at the concierge desk and Lee in the bar. But the desk staff and the bell staff were really great too. They were Ritz quality. But the room at $300 per night wasn't nearly up to snuff. It was decorated fine but doesn't... More

If you pay more than $69.00/night, you will probably be disappointed. This place may have been great in 1985, it's time for some upgrades. The only thing that feels "Ritz" are the prices of every amenity, anything from the minibar, and the F&B at the hotel. If you're not planning to stay here on the company dime on a business... More

Traveled for business, and this worked out great. Although the hotel is a bit dated, it is really well kept. The Rooms are very comfortable, Beds are great, service is excellent - staff goes above and beyond to help.

Not bad, but not great either. Definitely not worthy of the Ritz - I would rate this as a mid-tier (cat 5) regular Marriott property. As most have said, the hotel is in desperate need of a remodel. There is a difference between "dated" and "old/warn" - this property is both. To be honest, I did not find the staff... More

I am sorry that you felt your experience was "just so-so" and you wouldn't recommend our property when staying in the area. Feedback is important for us to get better, and I hope you will give me the opportunity... More

Before hotel bathrooms were larger than my first apartment, there was the Ritz Carlton. With gracious staff available when you need them - but never obtrusive - the brand can always be counted on for a good night's sleep and excellent service. While the staff here definitely meets the Ritz standard, the property itself is less so. And with other... More

I have stayed at many hotels in the Phoenix area over the last 19 years, but the Ritz is IT! Best service, best breakfast and the beds are so comfy, you want to sleep in all day. Never had a problem with this hotel in several year's staying there. Special mention to the outside drive-crew! They remembered my name from... More

Stayed for a week during a house hunting trip. Wonderful staff and accommodations. Breakfast in Bistro was weak. Not a lot of people in restaurant and our food came out cold. Other than that, our stay was wonderful.

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years but it's been a few years since my last visit. Upon arrival we ware greeted by an ever so welcoming Valet parking staff. We entered the beautiful lobby and were swiftly checked in to our suite. The view was magnificent. The hotel is worn down a bit and needs... More
