This is probably not the poshest Ritz Carlton property but the staff is amazingly good. The dining room servers were so warm and friendly to my little granddaughter--even gave her a stuffed Teddy! The arrangements for my daughter's meetings were flawless. At all levels, the employees were cordial in a sincere, unforced way which made our stay enjoyable. Our room... More

Beautiful hotel with friendly, professional staff. Located close to nice shopping mall and several restaurants. If you want to shop at the mall across Camelback be sure to ask how to get to the walking underpass, it's much safer then crossing the road. Airport is 10-15 minutes away, they have a car service that costs 29.00 to the airport. Rooms... More

Staff were cordial and friendly from the moment we arrived at the entrance all through our stay. Cleaners were wonderful and kids loved them! Shopping and dinning a walking distance. Rooms where a bit smaller when compared to other hotels we stayed at recently.

Elegant lobby, tasteful decor and flower arrangements, very nice restaurant--but the room was a little run down. It was a 10th floor room with 2 double beds. A bit crowded, and the wallpaper was coming unglued at the seams. The bathroom hardware was dull, the bedskirts were askew. There were no comforters, so the beds looked unfinished. Also, the blackout... More

The staff at this hotel was amazing. They couldn't do enough for you, but the room needed to be renovated about 15 years ago and is still waiting. It was a lovely room back then, but the furnishings were dated to say the least, the carpet was old, the furniture was old, the lighting old and poor. That said, the... More

I was in Phoenix for a conference and I cannot say enough good things about this beautiful property, the incredible staff and excellent food/beverage service. This was the perfect choice for our group. Two thumbs up!

My husband and I were here over the Columbus Day weekend and stayed Fri and Sat nights. The staff was friendly. The concierge was helpful in getting us a tee time on Friday for Saturday morning at Camelback Golf Course in Scottsdale. She also recommended Old Town Scottsdale for lunch Saturday afternoon and a little sightseeing since we were pressed... More

We stayed on the Club Level (Floor 11). Rooms were superior and with ample room. The decor of the hotel is spacious opulence and the customer service is consistantly on par with what you would expect. The concierge women (Anne Marie, Jean and Sharon) will make you feel at home with their positivity and warmth. Great food and bites. I... More

We spend one night at this hotel on the CLub Level and I think it made a différence…. Others noted 'old design and bad location' but you need to ask you before doing a choice, want do you want! All was perfect, a great welcome at the door, one dorman notice we speak french and chat with us in our... More

This hotel is very mediocre. Not at all what you'd expect from a Ritz - either service wise or in the rooms. Property seems very old and outdated. Peeling paint in rooms, very worn carpet, the grayest and most frayed towels I have ever seen. The robe in my bathroom had someone else's pubic hair on it. I would never... More
