We spend one night at this hotel on the CLub Level and I think it made a différence…. Others noted 'old design and bad location' but you need to ask you before doing a choice, want do you want! All was perfect, a great welcome at the door, one dorman notice we speak french and chat with us in our... More

This hotel is very mediocre. Not at all what you'd expect from a Ritz - either service wise or in the rooms. Property seems very old and outdated. Peeling paint in rooms, very worn carpet, the grayest and most frayed towels I have ever seen. The robe in my bathroom had someone else's pubic hair on it. I would never... More

I attended a conference here in May, and was very pleased with the comfort & cleanliness of my room, the excellent customer service, and the delicious (albeit expensive) food. The hotel is in a great location, with plenty of shops & restaurants in the area. Although the rooms appear to have undergone some recent updating, the decor in the conference... More

You certainly can't go wrong with the Ritz! They always attract a clientele that is rich and the service staff are great. This property is across the street from a up-scale shopping mall and movieplex which is great if someone has time to kill without having to drive. The property is old and while the rooms are clean and fine,... More

This is an older property but excellent condition. The Location is within walking distance of shops, restaurants etc. The level of service is what you would expect from the Ritz, very professional, friendly and qualified. The pool however is small and we were there in off season, it may be crowed during season

One of the few exceptions we have experienced to the basic rule of thumb that a Ritz can always be counted on to be top-notch. Perfectly fine hotel, but not up to Ritz standards. Only spent one wekend night on our way back home after a week in the AZ and Utah National Parks, but we were definitely not blown... More

Older property, room was clean but unremarkable, not what you would expect from a Ritz Carlton property. Front desk staff and bellmen friendly and helpful. Convenient to restaurants and shopping, Starbucks next door.

From the time we pulled up to the valet until we checked out, the service here was incredible. I never remember names, but the ladies and gentlemen working here were extraordinary! Katrina and Ted in Bistro 24 went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations. Cindy from in-room dining called to make sure we were pleased with our breakfast and... More

Probably one of the best hotels I've stayed in was a Ritz. Unfortunately, it wasn't this Ritz. I attended a conference here and did not leave the property for a few days. There was nothing remarkable or memorable about this Ritz. The location is across the street from a mall. You are neither downtown nor are you in a resort... More

Been here several times, and the Ritz franchise generally knows how to do it right. They know me by name (or read the tags quick) and make you welcome and appreciated from the time you pull in to valet, to the time they shut the door when you leave. The service and interactions seem genuine - and that counts for... More
