We came in for just one evening and the hotel delivered what we needed. Wish we could've stayed longer to see the tea party come to life however the young guests seemed to be excited! The little details went far. The bellman knocked it out of the park. Thank you

The property was not one of the nicest Ritz we have been to but the staff made our stay exceptional. Location was great, great shopping across the street. Room was ok. Food in the restaurants was very good. We would stay here again.

Attentive Ritz service, but the rooms are dated and in need of freshening. The furniture and carpet are all dated. The Camelback location is great and convenient to Phoenix and a two hour trip to Sedona.

The experience here was beyond dreadful! I enjoy the Ritz Carlton club level lounges frequently and my absolute favorite is the one at the Tysons Corner McLean Virginia location! I request the team at the Phoenix club level (i.e. John Beeson & Joyce) to receive training from the wonderful and true concierges at the Ritz Carlton Tysons Coner McLean VA... More

there is nothing wrong with this hotel but this is categorically not a ritz. This is a "nice" business traveler hotel. That is all. This could be a doubletree. I've actually stayed in double trees nicer. If you are staying here because this is a ritz, don't. This is to a proper ritz, what a Hilton garden court is to... More

I'm not sure who rated this as excellent and I have therefore lost confidence in trip advisor. Let's put it this way, I've taken to lugging my luggage around and leaving on a red eye; at a cost just so I would not have to spend another night at this place. The hotel is shabby and drab. The carpets are... More

I'm sorry to say that this hotel is one of the reasons I recently gave up my longtime elite Marriott status and loyalty. I have stayed at a few very disappointing properties in the past year or two. This Ritz-Carlton seemed like a nice Marriott. In fact, I think I have stayed at Marriotts that have been nicer than this... More

This is a great business hotel in the Camelback area...located across from the Biltmore Fashion Mall shopping area and close to SR51 for easy access to downtown. Staff are amazing, as you would expect from a Ritz...everyone immediately knows your name and is very friendly. Had the opportunity to stay at the Club level...again wonderful food presentations and super helpful... More

We needed a place to stay within 30 minutes of the airport, knowing that we would arrive quite late. We were later than planned as American left our luggage on the east coast. Arriving after 1 in the morning we were warmly greeted and well looked after. The room was nice. The location across from the Biltmore Fashion Mall was... More

I stayed here with my parents for a one night stay before flying out of Phoenix. The hotel was nicely decorated for Christmas. As a platinum member, I got upgraded to a mountain view room and received a $25 voucher for lounge. Service was friendly. Room is a little dated but very comfortable.
