We stayed at the RC in Phoenix for a night between flights. We regularly transit through Phoenix, but had not previously stayed here due to mediocre reviews. However, after a great stay at the RC in Vienna, we decided to give it a try. The welcome was very good, with a fast and efficient check-in. We stayed in a Club-level... More

I traveled to phoenix on business and was very excited to stay at my first Ritz-Carlton property. I was struck by how amazing the lobby was, however my amazement ended when we got on the elevators. Our room was average size, but had an odd smell coming from the vents. On our second evening we had to have maintenance come... More

Just completed a three night stay for Spring Training at the Ritz Carlton in Phoenix with family. The location of this hotel was great for our visit. A short drive to the airport and the activities we were in town for. We treated ourselves and booked a Club Level room and were pleased with our choice. This was by far... More

The. Reception was initially cold had the manager that evening not intervened. Otherwise the rest of the stay was extremely pleasant. The hotel smelt superb at all times and was spotlessly clean. All the staff were exceptionally courteous and friendly.

As ever, the Ritz lives up to its brand in this reasonably sized Phoenix hotel catering to business travelers. It is located at 24th St. and Camelback, which is not downtown, but close enough. The location is superb for business, retail, resorting and restaurants. My business was right across the street, so the location worked well for me. I specifically... More

This hotel is very old world interior in a modern building. It is centrally located to the large mall across the street with great food options for dining. the pool is set atop the 3rd floor roof - you are not provided with a view from that spot as you are amongst other buildings, but the layout and seating and... Repeat visit and stay, on this occasion for two nights, to this very good Phoenix hotel. King room on high floor with view towards mountains is, as per prior review, preferred. Lobby again well decked out for Holidays - warm, very nice. Decor throughout is very nice, polished, lux. Room decor is upscale, well taken care, if showing a bit... More

Having had outstanding Ritz-Carlton experiences in other facilities such as Laguna Niguel, I understand just how great a Ritz can be. This one isn't that and frankly is disappointing. The staff was just so-so and we had issues with the valet trying to put us in a town car rather than getting us a cab (and then trying to explain... More

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years and they do a good job. The hotel offers great meeting room space. Our group likes to order lunches off of the menu so they supply us with menus in the morning and when we break for lunch, our meals are ready at the table in the restaurant with... More
