We stayed with our two young children for four days while my husband was at a work related convention. As with all ritz carltons, the staff was amazing-called my children by first name every time we entered the hotel. As far as entertainment there is a mall across the street and various restaurants within walking distance. If you didn't have... more

We were rerouted to the Ritz Carlton from another hotel that had been overbooked for our conference. Upon arriving at the check in counter, the clerk was sullen & unwelcoming. He was clearly irritated when I asked whether a king sized bed was available rather than 2 doubles. He seemed even further irritated that I asked for 2 keys for... more

Just returned from a stay at the Ritz-Carlton in Phoenix. I carried a group of 200 people. It is an awesome hotel, with great service. The location is perfect for a group this size, shopping and lots of great restaurants within walking distance. I have traveled everywhere and this is probably one of the top two hotels I have stayed... more

Spent one night at the Ritz for business in late Feb. This is not my first stay at this Ritz and I will continue to use this hotel for business stays when in Phoenix. My stay was fine so I will only address a few things that I think standout.and I would want to know about. First, my assistant called... more

I had to make a "whirlwind" trip to Sedona,AZ to visit a client and I stayed at the Ritz passing through Phoenix. I've stayed there before and found the experience less than ideal. This time everything was perfect. *MUCH IMPROVED* I found the service to be of the highest calliber and the food in the restaurant at breakfast was excellent.... more

The RC in PHX is a very nice hotel. The appearance is quite nice (looks like any other high rise hotel) from the outside. The lobby was decorated for Christmas beautifully. My arrival and check in was very good. Front desk was polite and addressed me as Mr... Upon arriving in the room, I found it to be somewhat below... more

This was a weekend getaway stay on the Club Level (Tina Turner was just down the hall as she was in Phoenix for a concert appearance). As to be expected of a Ritz, the service was outstanding, from the greeting of the valet to the concierge on the Club. The food during club services was always beautifully presented and you... more

We stayed here for 3 nights in club and although the rooms are on the small side and showers lack any real power it was Jean and Joyce, the concierge, that made our stay here more than comfortable. They arranged everything from reservations in the best restaurant in the South West (Binkley's) to a hot air balloon ride over the desert,... more

You can never go wrong with the Ritz. They have such amazing attention to detail. The Club Level here was very nicely done. There were several presentations throughout the day with a tremendous number of choices. If you can upgrade to this level, it's well worth it. Cocktails, wine, champagne are always available so you'll save a small fortune on... more

I have just returned from a conference at the Ritz Carlton. The hotel is magnificent and I have never experienced such incredible service before. Overall I would say this is probably the best hotel I've ever stayed in! more
