Outstanding service from the time you alight from your car to your arrival at the front desk. I imagine valets have radios to communicate your name and attire to front desk so they know to call you out by name even before you give them any IDs. Room was very well made and amenities were outstanding.

I was visiting Phoenix on business and had a nice stay at the Ritz Carlton. The location is great with loads of restaurants close to the hotel. Across the street is Saks Fifth Avenue which is very convenient. I recommend you have breakfast/lunch or dinner (or all three) at True Food Kitchen. As for the hotel itself it was nice.... More

I enjoyed a 1 night stay here in June and was impressed with the service and quality of the hotel and it's staff. Every employee I encountered was positive and upbeat about there jobs, even with the looming closing for renovation and rebranding. My room was on the top floor which allowed access to the club lounge which offered 5... More

First time in a Ritz-Carlton (company-paid). In the hottest months, when only a few tourists visit Phoenix, the hotel slashes prices to a fraction of the normal price (laughable ~$100 per night). The service is wonderful, the food is fabulous Phoenix food, the location is in front of a great mall with excellent restaurants. It is also close to where... More

Twelve years ago, I was going on a business trip to Phoenix, and I decided to treat myself for the first time ever to a night in a Ritz Carlton Hotel. I extended my stay to the weekend and checked into the Ritz Carlton in Phoenix and have been a devoted loyalist to the Ritz Carlton brand ever since. I... More

I recently stayed 3 nights at this hotel located in the Biltmore area. It is an older hotel but elegant and beautiful. My room was on the concierge club level. When you stay at a Ritz you expect a high level of service however I was so impressed by the staff and their willingness and eagerness to serve. The level... More

Had a business trip which took me to this hotel, and I could not have been happier. Wifi was extra, though, but it worked really well! The room was exceptionally clean and properly made. I highly recommend this location on your stop in Phoenix!

Have stayed at this lovely property before -- great location and all the usual high end amenities associated with Ritz properties. At the end of a very long ten days of business travel - with many fine hotels during this trip -- the Ritz gave me something else - something i've been trying to capture to convey here. When you... Stayed here for a week on business and pleasure. The location is great. We stayed on the club level. The food was fairly standard for club level (very good) and the service was outstanding. Too bad the hotel will no longer be a Ritz after next month.

From the valet laughing at my lame humor, to Julie at the front desk, to anyone I passed in the hall, everyone was very nice. 6th floor room had a nice view of the mountains...which means they honored my request. Room was open, with a nice chair. Wasn't here long enough to fully check out all of the amenities, but... More
