This property needs a renovation ASAP, rooms are ancient with small beds and average quality amenities. Bathrooms are showing mold. I checked out earlier than planned and went to stay at a Starwood property. More

I stayed at this hotel on a business trip for two nights. Overall, it was OK. However, I would not call it a luxury hotel. They missed on many little things. A couple of examples: - we had no hot water one morning - the clock radio had the wrong time on it - the restaurant messed up our lunch... More

I've stayed at this hotel every few years and every time I return I hope against hope that they might have updated the place. Alas, it's exactly the same hotel every time. The lobby is still elegant, if tired. Hallways are dark and depressing. The rooms are fairly small and are long, long overdue for renovation. The marble in the... More

This is a business hotel, so if you are heading to Arizona for fun and relaxation, you should book one of the resorts. We stayed here for one day before catching a flight home, and enjoyed the city vibe. The pool is on the second floor roof, and you look out at downtown city office bldgs with the mountains and... We recently spent two nights in the hotel. Very nice hotel. Comfortable room and good gym. It is a business hotel and the pool area seems to reflect that. OK, but not a terribly interesting environment to spend time. All the staff we encountered during our stay were terrific and helpful. I would definitely stay there again. More

This hotel is an excellent place to stay. FOH staff very friendly and professional. Our room was perfect, clean, up-to-date, lux furnishings, and beautiful color theme. The pool was just okay, plain and not much else. Pool side furniture was basic! The club lounge floor was yummy, although a few staff members (female) we not very nice. Especially when my... More

After reading some reviews I was a liyuan skeptical. Upon arriving I encountered nothing by excellent service from valet to housekeeping. The valet provided directions from the hotel to our baseball game with an In n Out burger along the route. This location can't be best for convenience to restaurants. Shopping, etc. camelback Mountain is about 19 minutes away as... More

We stayed at the Ritz-Carlton Phoenix on Easter Weekend. The hotel is very nice, but the service is what shines here. Everyone from the valet attendants to the front desk clerks were so friendly and accomodating. We had Easter Brunch in the ballroom, and the staff was nearly falling over each other making sure we were well taken care of.... More

My husband and I stayed here for two nights while visiting the Phoenix area. We chose the Ritz Carlton because we wanted something a little swanky for our vacation and because we wanted the club lounge access that came with our room. For those with access to the club lounge, it provides all the food you need for breakfast, a... More

This is your typical Ritz Carlton property for business. It is not in any way a resort. If you are going to Phoenix / Scottsdale for pleasure and relaxation choose a different property. There are so many great ones. If you are going to Phoenix on business then this is a great place in a great location. The lobby and... More
