Just arrived back from 4 nights here. It was excellent weather. Loved the resort. It was quite large. They had golf carts that could drive you anywhere. The room was nice with comfy beds. Wished it had a microwave though. Liked the fact there was pool and hot tub for each cluster of rooms. My mom and I had massages... more

I was very disappointed in the state this location has been allowed to fall into. I have stayed here twice before in the past 5 years and aloways considered this a top rate location. It has been 3 years since I have been and we found this place in a worn out state. The elavators are in such poor condition... more

The Golf Course and Waterpark were closed, I knew this in advance so we didn't pay any Resort Fees. The service from Check in to Check out was perfect with one exception. Very small issue but worth mentioning. We called the Front Desk for a taxi to go Downtown and we were not told that their service was a Limo... more

The suprise daily "resort fee" of $30 tacked on my bill when I checked out shot that theory down quickly. Supposedly it covers parking (I had no car),... more

Awesome water park for all ages, especially kids. Baby pool, wave pool, lazy river, slides and more. Just sit and people watch or join the fun! more

Renovated and spacious rooms with seperate sitting area. Nice pool area along with a lazy river, golf, and spa, however, lazy river and golf were shut down. We met employees that were accomodating and several others that could care less about meeting our needs. That part was a downer! We had a great time but will consider looking around at... more

The hotel was a little overpriced and almost every meal was expensive but this was one of the greatest waterparks in a hotel ever more

The owner of this resort continues to invest to make this a top rated destination. The staff go out of their way to make you feel at home. We have been coming to the Arizona Grand for 15 years and it improves every time we stay there with a new resort lobby, upgraded golf course, and beautiful Villas. You will... more

Fifteen minutes from PHX airport: a large, beautiful property - six pools; golf course and driving range; superior conference/event facilities; all rooms are suites with pull out, kitchen fridge, sink and table, negligible balcony. **The big attraction is the Oasis Waterpark - tall slides, wave pool, tubing river to float on - we stayed open to close during a weekday... more
