A good hotel, nice, comfortable, very clean, different. It is close to nice restaurants and stores. Large, clean rooms in our case we had air purification machine (which is a nice touch), microwave, mini fridge. No silverware so be prepared to ask / look for cutlery and plates. There is a sink in the bedroom, which I found distasteful, other... More

As Jerry Sienfeld said, " No, I don't think you do!" Made a reservation, got a confirmation. When you book a suite with 2 beds, you should get two beds, not one. A pull out coach does not count. Hotel was full, and late arrival left no rooms with two beds. Even though special note was made on reservation and... More

I like this hotel but this is the second time we had a weird situation pop-up. First it was a dog next door that barked for hours on end (they did comp us the room so can't complain too much). Second, we were promised a king suite - nonsmoking but were given a double suite - that was previously a... More

Love the hotel with its openness. Obviously the waterfall with pond are the highlights of this hotel. I love it that we are across the street from the mall and restaurants. The rooms were spacious, I had no issues for the suites were nice and just everything me and my family expected.

I have stayed at this same hotel 3 different times now. They are friendly. The location is awesome. The breakfast is fantastic. It is one of my favorite hotels. The rooms are quiet and the lobby is really neat. You can feed the fish and turtles with food from the front desk. The rooms and beds are clean. The beds... More

Loved this hotel! The suites were clean and lovely. .Air conditioning worked well. Housekeeping excellent. Breakfast is free and wonderful as is the manager's reception in the evening. Pool area is beautiful and open late. The drawbacks were two: you have to pay for internet. What?! Free only for members. This cheapness is annoying. Also their shuttle only goes three... More

Great hotel, very nice, clean, beautiful lobby with stream containing Koi, rocks/trees. Gorgeous & hotel staff very polite & attentive. Breakfast for any need/desire. Hotel restaurant food quality & portion size is over the top. Our hospitality room was kept clean, bartenders that were provided did an awesome job serving 50-60 people in the room. Snacks provided by hotel employees... More

We stayed here one weekend in June (extremely hot) to attend the Phoenix Comicon. The CC was at the Convention Center downtown and the hotel is in the Scottsdale area. However, we easily got to the CC in about 10-15 minutes. Our hotel room was dated, but it seemed clean and cared for. The pool was nice although the automatic... More

We stayed at the Embassy Suites Biltmore in Phoenix last week for 5 nights and were somewhat disappointed. The complimentary buffet breakfast had long lines because the hot food had to be ordered at the grill, rather than being provided on buffet tables like many other Embassy Suites hotels that we have stayed at. We were also disappointed in the... More
