I stayed at the Embassy Suites Biltmore for 2 nights, and I did not want to leave! Beautiful lobby atrium area. Spacious rooms, nice fitness center and fantastic breakfast! I would definitely reccomend this resort to anyone staying in the Biltmore area.

I stayed at the Embassy Suites, Biltmore, Phoenix recently on a business trip. It was a very enjoyable stay. The suites are large and very convenient even for a small family.

Breakfast great but grill line too long. Nice size rooms. Pretty atrium. Nice pool but we saw discarded food on a poolside table sit for hours attracting birds with no staff to pick it up. Had to call twice to get a plunger for the toilet. Good location to next door mall. Ho hum is our impression.

Maybe my expections were too high for our experience. Our bedding on the pull out couch was dirty with crumbs from not being changed I am assuming.
