Loved this hotel! The suites were clean and lovely. .Air conditioning worked well. Housekeeping excellent. Breakfast is free and wonderful as is the manager's reception in the evening. Pool area is beautiful and open late. The drawbacks were two: you have to pay for internet. What?! Free only for members. This cheapness is annoying. Also their shuttle only goes three... More

Great hotel, very nice, clean, beautiful lobby with stream containing Koi, rocks/trees. Gorgeous & hotel staff very polite & attentive. Breakfast for any need/desire. Hotel restaurant food quality & portion size is over the top. Our hospitality room was kept clean, bartenders that were provided did an awesome job serving 50-60 people in the room. Snacks provided by hotel employees... More

We stayed here one weekend in June (extremely hot) to attend the Phoenix Comicon. The CC was at the Convention Center downtown and the hotel is in the Scottsdale area. However, we easily got to the CC in about 10-15 minutes. Our hotel room was dated, but it seemed clean and cared for. The pool was nice although the automatic... More

We stayed at the Embassy Suites Biltmore in Phoenix last week for 5 nights and were somewhat disappointed. The complimentary buffet breakfast had long lines because the hot food had to be ordered at the grill, rather than being provided on buffet tables like many other Embassy Suites hotels that we have stayed at. We were also disappointed in the... More

This hotel, while in a very good location is in need of a renovation. Bathroom sinks were not clean upon arrival. Took 3 phone calls to get housekeeping up to room to take care of. Furnishings are dated, furniture is worn, AC does not work consistently. Filled out one of their customer care cards and never heard a word from... More

We stayed here after 2 weeks vacation before flying out. The suite was very large and the amenities were plentiful. The complimentary breakfast was excellent with omelets made to order and lots of other choices. We enjoyed the pool after hiking at Camelback Mountain. The staff was friendly and helpful. The interior of the hotel is beautiful. We would definitely... More

Unorganized, long lines, breakfast meat dried out, etc. If you are an Hhonors member (Gold or Diamond), it isn't really worth paying for the Premium Room upgrade. The staff were really friendly. There needs to be more variety of snacks and beverages in the Premium Room vending machine.

We stayed at Embassy Suites Biltmore for a week on April this year. What a beautiful facility? The staff was terrific, the breakfast every morning was a highlight of our day. Fresh made omelets built to order. The room was roomy and clean and the lobby was great place to relax.

Free cooked to order delicious breakfast, free welcome reception with cocktails at night- all within walking distance of shopping and food. For those who don't want to walk, they offer a shuttle. I transferred after one night to the Biltmore as I had prior reservations. I would have stayed at Embassy Suites if I knew ahead of time what to... More
