The meeting room was very cold & limited capabilities to change it. I sat with a blanket around me from my room. It took them until the 2nd day of our meeting in order to provide a conference phone that work for.

Overall, we enjoyed our three night stay at the Embassy Suites a couple of weeks ago. Staff was very friendly, we loved the great breakfasts, and the rooms were quite large for our big family. I've stayed at this property before and found it to be very convenient and clean. There was one MAJOR problem, however. We noticed there was... More

Breakfast and afternoon/evening reception were excellent and made the experience wonderful and well worth the price of our stay. We will stay here again the next time visiting Phoenix. There isn't a better hotel at this rate anywhere in the Phoenix area or Arizona.

We stayed here for the 3rd or 4th time, but had 3 rooms for 5 days, as we were attending a nearby wedding with a family group. We were able to get 2 of the rooms before noon and all were close to each other. One of the rooms had several issues which they were quick to address. The breakfast... More

Not the traditional circular embassy, but the same feel and offerings. Pool is located outside. Recreation room is adequate. Parking is a little weird as it is possible to park over 100 yards away from any entrance, and with the layout of the hotel, you could walk another 100 yards to get to your room.

This hotel is beautiful with its inside Koi ponds. It is clean and staff is wonderful. The pool is large and clean. Beautiful Mall with restaurants just across the street. The breakfast in the mornings were great. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Normally love Embassy Suites. This one not so much. Toilet didn't flush, room smelled of cigarette smoke, security door hinge was falling out of screws, shower ceiling coming down. Breakfast cook and food was awesome, conference room was good, shuttle driver was awesome but disappointed they did not provide airport shuttle. We used shuttle to go to grocery store as... More

I stayed here 3 nights, I'm a local in scottsdale. But this place was great. Pool was very clean, HUGE and deep which is a big plus. It makes me happy that I can take my 1 year old in the pool and know it's safe and clean. Happy hour is always a plus. And the breakfast in the morning... More

If they could just keep people from smoking in the rooms and if they do at least try to cleanse the smell it would be so much better. That is the main downside of this property. Hilton brands seem to attract more smokers and they are not as strict enforcing the policy. I noticed several ash trays at the pool... More

Right across the street from the Biltmore Shopping Center. Accessible to the freeways. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Breakfast is a treat. Very good value for the money. Persons in reception are wonderful. Very attentive and work to resolve any problems right away. Entire staff are very polite and willing to help.
