This was my first visit to this hotel. The hotel is beautiful and the staff are extremely helpful. Great breakfast included with your stay. I would definitely recommend this place. Good for business stay and family too.

Location near the Biltmore Mall is great if you want to shop or have a meal at any number of good restaurants just across the street. but the hotel itself is exceptionally dated and sort of depressing. Good breakfast included and the large size of the rooms are both pluses.

I had a room on the second floor overlooking the pool. My room had an oversized balcony with a round table and four chairs. It was not a private balcony by any stretch but you could sit outside and enjoy a view of the pool. The manager's reception left a lot to be desired. Sure they had drinks, but the... More

I have to admit, after reading some of the reviews, I was a little concerned how our stay would work out. But, we found the breakfast to be excellent, the evening reception to be fine, and our general stay was very good. It is true that the deferred maintenance needs attention. I didn't see any "peeling wallpaper" but the ceiling... More

Stayed here for a few nights on a business trip due to proximity to my local office. It is an Embassy - same Koi in the atrium streams, etc, etc. The suites are fine - two rooms as expected. The paint is literally peeling in places. Bed and bedding was fine. Made to order eggs for breakfast. Convenient to shopping... More

The hotel itself is nice, but our experience was disappointing. The hotel staff wasn't very interested in us or what was going on around them. The room was average, and noisy. Our first room had a bathtub full of water, so they moved us next door. We had just put our stuff in that room when the fire alarm went... More

When I checked in I requested a room with a view i.e. Camelback Mountain or Squaw Peak, and the front desk clerk said the hotel doesn't have views to offer (I've stayed there before and it does have rooms with views). He suggested a 5th floor room above the front entrance. Hence a view of the mall next door. I... More

We have stayed at this property over the years from the crown sterling suites to the embassy suites. What a shame the hotel is old dirty the pool area is a disgusting the rooms have dirty carpets stains, wallpaper falling off, I am a huge HH fan but must say what a shame. Use to be a great property.

Internet - Had only 2-3 bars. Its sad when you pay $250/night. Fire Alarm - went off and no one could fix it for ~30 mins, even though there was no danger of fire. I almost had gone deaf. Room - smelled musty and old furnishings. Weird room setting. Please keep in mind, I have stayed at other Embassy Suites... More

Dear 255aneeshg, Thank you for your review of our hotel. Please accept my apologies for the problems that you encountered during your stay. As for the fire alarm, I am very sorry that disturbed you. We had a pipe break in the sprinkler line and that does set off the alarms until the system can be shut down and reset.... More

I love staying at Embassy Suites because the rooms are very comfortable with lots of space, the staff is excellent, and the amenities are great. The breakfast staff are my favorite and they remember me when I come back each year!
