Great location, but overall this facility was in very poor condition. There were plumbing issues, foul odor in the elevators, and a very run down pool area. Staff seemed to go out of their way to be rude.

We stayed for one night at the Biltmore and the lobby was great, (we spent most of the afternoon in the lobby), the bar and the service at the bar was great as well and the outdoor Jacuzzi was very nice as well. The housekeeping needs some work though. When we checked in there was a room service tray outside... More

This is a great property with a ton of potential. We went and stayed overnight to do Christmas Shopping and run errands that requred an overnight stay. Clean Comfortable room right next to the Biltmore Fashion Park. Can walk to shopping and many restaurants. The Managers reception starts at 530 pm , which is nice, free bud light , well... More

Stayed for a 3 night weekend for an Arizona Cardinals game. The rooms were adequate and the location was next to a very nice shopping mall with several restaurants.. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was very courteous and attentive. While the rooms could use an update, it was fine for a weekend stay.

We have been to the Embassy Suites at the Biltmore many times over the years and continue to believe it to be a great property to enjoy. We were glad to hear from the staff that a multimillion dollar renovation is planned and hope that the ambience is retained. Great location, reasonably priced, wonderful breakfast and exceptionally large suites.

Stayed 4 nights. Maid service once. Ventilation did not work. Poor attitude of front desk staff. Beautiful pool, but noisy at night as rooms surround the pool. Great area and beautiful grounds. Lovely lobby. But I wouldn't stay there again as our complaints about maid service were not taken seriously.

The hotel seems very old and dated. Rooms had old light switches which would not stay put. The room I stayed had a weird smell seems it was sprayed with cheap room freshener. Not at par with embassy suites standard. Breakfast was also not comparable to other embassy suites as very small area though food quality was good.

The location is excellent and just adjacent to a large shopping center. Comfortable rooms and well maintained. A variety of items available for the complimentaty breakfast and the restaurant also has a reasonable menu. A reasonable fitness gym and the location also provides access to routes for walking and jogging. Staff was attentive and helpful.

Was supposed to stay at the Ritz because of a conference but it was full....So happy because I ended up staying at a Fantastic hotel!! Spacious 2 room suites, cooked to order breakfast, manager's reception (aka Happy Hour with free beer, wine and spirits!) from 5-7:30, friendly staff, great outdoor pool, and great retaurant (Omaha Steakhouse). Couldn't have asked for... More
