Tried a staycation but it was horrible, room was not ready after check-in time, room was still dirty after waiting for it to be cleaned, desk staff were rude, dirty towels under bed but sticking out, uncomfortable beds, and nothing addressed when mentioned--should have stayed home

After initial discussions with the sales manager and front desk staff regarding the quoted hotel rate ( which kept changing by the second!) and shuttle service, my stay was quite pleasant. Recommend using booking.com to avoid such arguments. Room cleanliness needed some improvement but, overall, the room was spacious and well furnished . The complimentary breakfast and manager's reception were... More

We arrrived at 11:30 pm with an existing reservation and an advance notification of our late arrival, only to be told that our particular room was not available until the next day. They offered to put us up at another hotel or take a room with 1 bed and a sofa bed. We took the room, but the sofa bed... More

When we first pulled up to the hotel I thought to myself "oh my goodness what did I pay for?" Then we walked in and I could not help but smile. It's so gorgeous! The rooms were great and the staff was friendly. I loved it. Highly recommended.

You get what you would expect from Embassy Suites. Nothing fancy but good basic value. Rooms could use a bit of freshening up -- there was big stain in the carpet right as you walked into the bedroom -- but other than that the room was fine.

We arrived at 2:30 pm on 3/12/15 hoping we could check-in a little early. The front desk said no and told us to sit and wait. We did, but began to see others check-in around 3:15 pm and then more check-in at 3:30. We asked several times to check-in and they finally gave us a room at 4:00 pm. We... More

Gorgeous hotel, wonderful breakfast and evening refreshment. Unfortunate circumstance of not having my first night reservation honored which the hotel tried to fix but ended up costing me time, sleep, and a morning meeting.

Overall, we enjoyed the stay. Ice machine and vending were not convenient to the first floor guests. The closest ice machine was on the 2nd floor and the closest vending was on the 3rd floor. Also, our room was directly in front of a noisy elevator. That would be the last room I would book anyone in if I wanted... More

This hotel has a lot going for it. It is a very convenient location, close to a lot of shopping, restaurants, and not a bad drive to many attractions. The room was very large which plenty of room to move and plenty of places to put luggage. The breakfast provided with the room is very good. There is something on... More

The Phoenix Embassy Hotel is a quality establishment with exceptional ammenites. It's centally located and surrounded by a ton of things to see and enjoy. I sincerely believe that you will enjoy your stay there. The down fall is the Omaha Steak House located on the premises. Don't waste your time dining at this facilty. My experience reflected great service... More
