Expect all the regular Embassy Suites amenities along with a gorgeous atrium and nice outdoor pool area! The rooms are extra spacious and have everything from refrigerator & microwave to extra vanity with sink. Rooms have comfy beds and lots of space to sprawl out, especially with a dog like we had. Breakfast is included and was good, except there... More

I stayed at the Embassy Suites Biltmore for 2 nights, and I did not want to leave! Beautiful lobby atrium area. Spacious rooms, nice fitness center and fantastic breakfast! I would definitely reccomend this resort to anyone staying in the Biltmore area. More

I stayed at the Embassy Suites, Biltmore, Phoenix recently on a business trip. It was a very enjoyable stay. The suites are large and very convenient even for a small family. The food is quite good as well. Gym is convenient. But the best part about this hotel is the location - on East Camelback road - heart of city... More

Don't let the pictures online fool you. Rooms are dark and musty smelling. Would not recommend this hotel. More

Thank you for your review. I am really sorry to hear that your room was dank and musty. I would really appreciate learning what room you were in so that I can discover what the problem was as this is not an issue we hear about. I can be reached at 602-553-8179 or valarie.miceli@hilton.com. We do have PURE allergy friendly... More

Great location, but arriving after two flights at 10 pm on a Wednesday to find out my room (non-smoking) not available was disturbing. Only thing they had was smoking, tride to send me to another Embassy, but when we arrived, in bad location and old hotel. Sooooo, back to Biltmore and stayed in the "stinking" smoking room 1-nite. The appologized... More

Thank you for taking the time to post your review. Please accept my apologies for the problems with your room. I am glad to hear that we recovered, but I would prefer that not to have been necessary, (I am sure you would have too!). I hope that you will give us another chance on your next visit to Phoenix.... Checked in to our room at 11 pm on the 21st, I went to take a show, half way through they shut the water off, and didn't bother to tell us, I had soap and shampoo all over me, I called the front desk complaining, all they said was we can bring you a bunch drinking water in bottles so... More

We recently stayed at the Embassy Suites, Biltmore and had a nice visit. As usual, the Embassy Suites had nice rooms and a good breakfast. The hotel is older but in an excellent area of Phoenix. It is right next to a high end mall and near the Biltmore Hotel and golf course. We enjoyed going to the mall in... More

Thank you for the nice review. I am glad that you enjoyed your stay with us. Please accept my apologies for the inconvenience of the water shut off. We were making improvements and while the end result will be great, the process is never fun. I really appreciate your patience and understanding. I look forward to seeing you again soon.... More

Breakfast great but grill line too long. Nice size rooms. Pretty atrium. Nice pool but we saw discarded food on a poolside table sit for hours attracting birds with no staff to pick it up. Had to call twice to get a plunger for the toilet. Good location to next door mall. Ho hum is our impression. More

Maybe my expections were too high for our experience. Our bedding on the pull out couch was dirty with crumbs from not being changed I am assuming. No pillows or blanket was provided for the pull out and when we asked for fresh bedding and pillows it never arrived. The beds were uncomfortable and the front desk staff blew us... More

Had a one night layover in Phoenix and wasn't expecting much but this hotel was a pleasant surprise.
