Had a lovely time, we did not spend a lot of time on the site, but it was nice to stay in the rugged mode when coming back from the various stuff to do in the area, but still have amenities like showers, stoves, and a small kitchen. There is some world class rockhounding right down the road with Diamond... More

The cabin we stayed in was very small! It's supposed to be the largest. Upon arrival the place was dirty! The dishes were still dirty left from the last people the TV didn't work I had to scrub the shower. I suggest bringing your own cleaning supplies soap and bleach! The little playground is only ok. The surrounding trees and... More

PLEASE IGNORE THIS REVIEW! Hello. This guest arrived already upset. Then was further upset that we could not allow them to check in hours ahead of the normal check-in time for free. While she was here this guest extended her stay by one day. You read that right... our place was so horrible that she decided to extend her stay... More

This place is definitely old & needs a bit of work. We rented a cabin, supposedly for up to 8. That would have been interesting! The one bathroom is very small, allows one person at a time. The stove & oven is smaller than standard. There is very little counter space for food prep and/or drying of dishes. Bring your... More

PLEASE READ OUR RESPONSE: Hello. First of all, I am, of course, disappointed to hear that this guest did not have the time they envisioned. In an attempt to respond to this guest and also to portray the most accurate picture I can to any prospective guests I'd like to try and address everything in this review: The lodge is... More

We live in the Phoenix area, which, of course, is very hot this time of year, so we thought a quick getaway to the cooler mountain country would be nice. The lodge was located off the beaten track, so it was quite and pleasant. The room was nice, and the creek was just a short walk away. We enjoyed our... More

This is a charming, rustic little lodge nestled in the Pines at 6000 ft. elevation. It is a family run operation making it a friendly respite from the large hotel chains. The staff are very friendly, accommodating and helpful with local dining and sight seeing tips. We were in one of the motel rooms, even though small, it was clean... More

Some friends and I stayed over a weekend at Christopher Creek Lodge. The accommodations were simple but adequate. The cabin room with bunkbeds was a fun change for 4 adults to enjoy. Everything was clean. The staff was very helpful with information about local things to do, hikes, fishing, eating. The whole lodge area felt very safe to walk around... More

If you're looking for a rustic, peaceful, get away from the city kinda place, this is the place to go! This was my first visit to the Lodge, but it will not be my last. The cabins, which I recommend, are very comfortable.

Very nice staff, motel rooms are very basic but stay away from room 6 as it is right next to the office and you have no choice but to annoyed by constant traffic and conversation. The creek supposedly has fish but could have fooled us. Nonetheless if you are looking for a very basic and cool getaway, then this place... More

Our stay was very enjoyable and we appreciate the hospitality! Our children really enjoyed the turtles in the office, loft in our motel room, children's playground, and the creek! Your personal touches around the property really made us enjoy nature and the beautiful area you are located at. Here's to a wonderful stay...
