This is the perfect getaway Inn. Especially in the winter as their upgraded rooms have spas and fireplaces. I would suggest to always pay the extra for the upgraded room ~ it is well worth the extra money. More

My first visit to Payson, AZ was for a week long business trip. After searching the area for hotels, I found the Majestic Mountain Inn online and gave them a call. Kylie was extremely helpful and accomodating. She placed me in a ground floor room that open to the grassy courtyard area. Free wi-fi, refrigerator, and microwave in the room.... More

Periodically stay here for several day stretches on business. Had a good laugh when I entered the king room as the TV was an ancient 19-inch tube model which was smaller than a previous set I had in a different room. But it worked and I was not spending much time in the room anyway. Continental breakfast presented as more... More

We booked a room around dinner time on our way back from a day in the mountains. Spacious king suite with hot tub and gas fireplace. Do not recommend the tile floor rooms in the winter. No heater in the bathroom, so it was freezing in there! The heater in the room took a long time to heat the spacious... More

Nice place, well kept and comfortable. we particularly enjoyed sitting out on the patio in the early morning and evening. For dinner and lunch there's a restaurant called Fargo's right next door. Excellent food and another patio for those who dine al fresco More

This hotel was a good find, and I happened upon it by chance on entering Payson from the east. The room was very spacious and scrupulously clean, I'd say the cleanest and most spacious of any hotel or motel I stayed in on my US trip, and at a reasonable room rate too. The receptionist was very kind and helpful,... More

Very pretty setting and the room was comfortable, but the main reason for this review is to commend the staff. Namely the maintenance man. VERY efficient, friendly and was right there when we needed him. Nothing major (plugged drain) but he handled it very professionally. These people go unnoticed but are very much a part of a persons overall stay.... More

For our recent stay at this Inn, we were in a standard king room which included a refrigerator, sofa and desk. It was a good space for the 3 days we spent in the area. Our room was very clean and the grounds were well-manicured in a simple mountain style. The breakfast included muffins, bagels, English muffins, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt... More

Interesting to see the mix of reviews for this hotel. I found the place of mediocre quality. The "breakfast" is served in some sort of meeting room and includes solar latex eggs and sausages. The room, while freshly painted (an unGodly yellow), was not clean. The A/C filters were caked with dust and dirt. I don't think the smoke detector... More
