The hotel was clean. Breakfast just like a BW breakfast. The weird thing is when you approach the hotel it looks as though none of the rooms have windows............ This hotel is a central location if you making a road trip from Apache trail to the Canyon. The front desk agent was very friendly.

Payson is quite remote and has quite a few budget options. At $80 a night after local taxes, you could not complain about the quality of hotel at Best Western. The staff is very nice and helpful and the rooms are clean and very large. Comfortable beds with nice pillows. Only downside is that, as a woman traveling alone, exteriour corridirs and not too sturdy doors with only chain latches make me a bit uncomfortable. The rooms are big and exceptionally clean, comfortable beds, walk on closet, large bathroom, balcony, fridge and microwave. This is an older property but kept very well up-to-date. Room was oversized with lots of space to spread out. I had a little trouble at times unlocking the door (it seemed to stick).
