We have been going to Havasu Springs for many years and had a lot of good times there. Like some people have said it's in a good locations and the boat ramp is easy. On our last stay there which was over 15 years the rooms were getting smelly and outdated then, started staying up by the London Bridge with... More

Havasu Springs Resort has four motels to choose from, Marina Motel over the Restaurant, Lakeview Motel that is dog friendly with large front porch and large grass area in rear. Poolside Motel is our favorite right next to the remodeled pool, the Vista Suites is located above the Outer Harbor that are large suites. The resort offers Golf, Motel rooms,... More

I have a fair amount of experience with "the Springs", having rented pool-side rooms for my step-son and friend, my daughter and granddaughter, and my wife and myself, as well as reserving an RV spot for our motorhome for the 3-dat at $10 "deal." All of us really like the place, primarily because of its proximity to so many beautiful... More

Told the front office was awake all night screaming drunken kids next door. Tried to call and get security no one available. Office people said too bad no refunds or deduct for the horrible night we spendt. Need to replace the old rude woman in the office!

where to start? no blowdryer, bathroom empty of everything but towels. No towels available for pool. cupboards completely bare in kitchen! Bed uncomfortable, tv barely there, poor to no internet. Although room was prepaid I had to give credit card info for "incidentals". when asked if they had any of the incidentals that were missing from the rooms, the reply... More

The location of this place is great, but that's as far as it goes. We stayed in the marina room over the restaurant. There was a huge hole in the ceiling of our room. There was black mold between the shower and sink. The phone and clock both didn't work. The air conditioning was so close to the bed that... More

stayed at the havasu springs resort rv park. lots of spaces to choose from and accommodating to all size rigs. a good portion of spaces are shaded in the afternoon which is important when the temperatures are 110'+! boat launch is easy to navigate and having a designated boat slip takes the hassle out of having to pull the boat... We just went this past weekend the rooms are dirty we had bugs in the plastic cups they give you; the TV was bad and only gets 4 good channels. The shower leaks so water goes all over the floor so my kids fell every night. The pool was nice BUT when they have big parties in the pool even... More

This place was terrible! It was a very small area for RV's. with low cost Salem travel trailers setting about taking up good RV spots. No dog park, no grass, no trails. It shares property line with a trailer park and a sleezy looking motel. Poor looking beach area to walk along. We did a 90 minute sales pitch for... More
