My recent company trip to Omni could not have been better. The hotel and grounds were exquisitely kept, the bed was plush and like sleeping on a cloud. Had a room by the adult pool and would highly recommend this quiet and quaint Resort. Loved the Joya Spa - it was fabulous! The food at the Prado was excellent and... More

I was at the Resort for an educational meeting. Superb meeting rooms, restaurants and pool. Pricey, but well worth it if you can afford it. Numerous restaurants on site. Kid friendly, though not many there.

Overall visual feeling of "add-ons" and age. Sort of dumpy but just OK. The small elevator in our building had a sign pulled off the old laminate walls and then just roughly patched. Both our guests and ourselves mentioned the ghastly rust/red color used on several buildings, a dated dessert palate extreme choice. Dined at Prado (their top restaurant), not... More

I can not believe that such an outstanding company who should pride themselves on customer service took $450.00 that we paid to stay there over Valentine's Day weekend , somehow Expedia showed the room as being available when in fact it wasn't . when we went to check in they said Expedia has made a mistake, and in fact they... We stayed in a two bedroom $1,000 a night suite. We arrive but the room keys did not work. It took over an hour to get us working keys and to open the connecting door between the two bedrooms. Not a good start to the stay. I had emailed the Travel coordinator Cathy Dupree, that my wife would have her... More

This place is amazing location, service, decor, value, food quality. I will definitely be staying at this location next time I'm in Phoenix. Our room was beautiful. It was worth paying extra for an upgraded room. The staff did a great job of making us feel comfortable.

sorry, but it's more like an apartment complex....not a luxury high end resort. We were there for a Valentine Day getaway. Upon arrival, we were hit with a valet who just said "leave everything here, go check in, we got you......". Very rushed. It was a mess really. There are self parking options for $10 per night, or you can... More

I have only had positive experiences at Omni resorts and this time was no different. Excellent service, awesome rooms, beautiful grounds, and a really great pool. The fitness center was awesome and their offering of group fitness classes was a plus for me. I also loved the Crave coffee shop. The location is great if you are into hiking. You... More

Stayed at the Omni for a girls trip to AZ and we absolutely loved everything about this hotel. We stayed in the two bedroom suite that overlooked camelback mountain. The resort was top notch. Everything was very clean and the hotel staff were very nice and friendly. We took several hikes on Camelback mountain which was an easy 10 minute... More

This hotel has extremely nice staff but our room was tattered and worn with dirty patio furniture. We stayed three nights as part of a large group. Our group rate was twice the rate available on the hotel's own website...beware!!!
