We found some things positive (nice grounds, friendly staff), and somethings really very poor (a dirty tissue was on the ground in the corner of the room when we checked in and stayed there several days; slow restaurant service); and everything else was just average. Overall, it's just hard to look past for a hotel going for top quality. More

We admired the beautiful gardens as we entered reception where we were greeted with bottled water, fruit and homemade pastries.
