This turned out to be a wonderful place to stay near Tucson. We were worried that it would be out of the way, but it was actually perfectly situated for us. It is right near a residential area, golf course and park. So we could have wonderful evening walks as well.

Two of us vacationed for a week at WorldMark Rancho Vistoso in Oro Valley, Arizona in September, 2014. We had a great time as there is a lot to do and see in the Tucson area. Most of the attractions are about a 1 hour drive south of Oro Valley. At check in we sensed that the unit they wanted... More

The Rancho Vistoso property is moderate in size – about 110 suites, each with a full kitchen. There is a nice pool and two spas that were warm but not too hot. Our suite was a one-bedroom, just fine for two people. There was a small patio, where we spent some time relaxing, and a gas grill that we didn’t... More

My wife and I stayed in a one bedroom unit on the second floor with a view of the Santa Catalina Mountains to the east. The unit was clean, spacious and seemed to have been recently updated. The A/C fan was loud, but that did not interfere with our sleep; it did overwhelm the television on the few occasions we... More

We enjoyed this resort but there are a few things I would change. The blower/fan for the air conditioner is very loud...I had to sleep with earplugs although it did not bother my husband. Also, there is only a single switch for the 2 lights in the bathroom so you can't turn just one of them one. We were in... More

We stayed here with friends in a two bedroom. The units were very nice and clean. Pool was nice and not frigid, especially for May. We are WM owners and this is one of my favorite places. We went in May so it was very quiet. I didn't see any children which was great. it was very peaceful and relaxing.... More

The setting is gorgeous and the resort grounds are well kept. The swimming pool and hot tub were perfect places to find quiet surroundings during adult time for the pools. Our unit had some cupboard drawers needing adjustments on hinges, but we were very pleased with the staff, the location in the desert. Only a half hour drive to Tucson... More

Stayed for 5 nights in February. A little out of the way but very nice setting. Basic Worldmark layout in unit. Quiet and relaxing. Easy drive into Tucson if need be. Shopping and restaurants (Oro Valley) about 10 minutes away.

If you are coming to visit Tucson attractions or be close to downtown, this might not be the resort for you. It is in a great area, very safe, and upscale, but it is 15-20 minutes to the freeway. We came as a family to visit attractions and after a long day adding sometimes 45 minutes with traffic got old... More

This is a beautiful golf course, interesting and challenging. The big drawback is that it took over six hours to play and we waited on every shot. At one point there were three foursomes waiting on the tee, and this on a Tuesday. Although we saw a marshal about the second hole out, we never saw another. I would not... More
