Booked here a few days before we went down to lalomanu. I believe it was $120 for each open fale. Greeted by the lovely and helpful lady on the phone and made our booking. Arrived at our 2 open fales and found them ready to go! We ordered lunch and it took around 30-40 mins to come so that was... More

We usually like to stay at Taufua but they were all booked up so we decided to try next door. We had a closed fale and an open one. We were not told of the specifics like times breakfast and lunch are served and check out time. We paid over $1000 tala for 2 nights and were told only myself... More

Talofa Kailua and Van, Thanks so much for your feedback on your stay with us. It is unfortunate that you felt you could not approach management at the time to discuss how we could further assist or accommodate you in a way that reflected our great service. Our customers are important and you made some very valid points. Let me... More

After a great swim at Lalomanu we decided to walk to Anitas for a late lunch, the place was empty so we were hopeful for a quick meal, the girl that took the order wasnt very helpful definitely wasnt service with a smile she couldnt even tell us how much it would cost to add an egg to a hamburger... If you are keen on an experience akin to camping in Samoa, the fale experience is for you. At Anita's the 2 fales we stayed in are within metres of the sea, and in our case, on a full moon had the sea going completely underneath. It's a very cool experience. We were 2 families who stayed for 6 days.... More

In general the place was basic but good, as was the food. Apart from rats in the toilets and showers it was generally clean. There are a lot of mangey stray dogs that hang around and sleep in the fales though, so not ideal if you don't like dogs. The poor review is due to the terrible way were treated... More

Talofa, Glad to hear you arrived home safely. Thank-you for taking the time to write a review on our business. In reference to power outlet usage and other services, we realize that although signage is visible it may not be clear enough. Now that you have brought this to our attention, we will look into making signage clear and precise... More

My friend & I arrived at Anita's Beach Bungalows, the view of white sands n beautiful clear blue water from the deck is just amazing. We decided to hire what they call a 'fale' (beach hut) for the day so cool, it was just like our own private hut on the beach, would definitely recommend to other travellers. They had... More

I didn't stay at Anita's (I was at Taufua Beach Fales, next door) but ate here several times and the service was impeccable. The hosts really make you feel like you are part of the family and the food was delicious (unfortunately it was fried food only, but that is all that is available at any of the few restaurants... My friend and I travelled to Samoa (Upolo) for a relaxing beach getaway and to spend time and waterfalls and To Sua Trench. We arrived to our hotel in Apia (where we originally planned to stay our whole trip) then quickly realised how far away the nice beaches were. We checked out and headed to lalomanu to find any accommodation... More

Had the best cocktails IN MY LIFE! The service was impeccable, bathrooms were clean! The food was fresh everyday! Highly recommend it, if you're travelling in a small group. You have total privacy and relaxation without the noise of too many people. The owner was fabulous!!

Auntie Galu who owns and runs Anita's Beach Fales is the most lovely and good hearted lady. She provides good company and conversation and manages to make everyone feel like part of the family. The place is small - only 3 fales and a restaurant - so was perfect for quiet relaxing and is worth booking ahead. But I also... More
