Our suite at Le Alaimoana was very clean and was more than suitable for our family of four. It was spacious and was easy to keep cool with a fan and air conditioning. The breakfast unfortunately was less than ok - they often ran out of spreads for the toast and coffee. The staff were not friendly and made you... More

i enjoyed our stay again. was quite and peaceful. yet they need to hire a full time chef to put back some consistency to overall service for the place.. it is the only thing lacking this time around. staff needs fresh training to update their skills in hospitality and service mentality. management must remember, in this kind of business, food... I stayed there recently and the hotel staff were very helpful, they picked me up late at night at the airport, organised a very early breakfast and an early transfer to the domestic airport. I will definitely stay there again on my next visit.

We stayed here for our last night in Samoa. The service was terrible - rude receptionist coupled with unpleasant smelling room and dirty towels. Only thing good was breakfast which was included in the deal.

Thank you for making our last night in samoa so easy. Beautiful rooms with big windows so there was no need to use the a/c. Very clean with big bed and good shower with constant hot water. The owners here were having BBQ and invited us it was beautiful. If you staying here ask to try the owners tomato relish.... More

This was a lovely place to stay. The rooms were nicely appointed and the beds were comfortable. The whole wall was covered in windows which allowed a fantastic breeze and large amount of light. They picked us up from the airport and the staff was very friendly and chatty. Althought it is not near any of the downtown area, it... More

great place to stay, from the moment we arrived (1130 pm) we were met by happy people who couldnt do enough for us. Great pool, nice outdoor area to sit and have a few beers and relax. Bit of a walk into town but not to far, felt safe and comfortable walking around the area (even at night) and if... More

Le Alaimoana is a little way out of Apia, but it's reasonably handily located to get in and out of town and is an ideal cost effective base in Apia. It's very clean and the rooms are spacious. The design means the upper deck and rooms stay reasonably cool and it's a great idea to have A/C on hourly rates... More

Hi hillary_sumpter, thanks for posting the review and it is helpful to me as manager to know that some of my team may not be pulling in the same direction. Certainly if you had had a word with me I would have fixed it for you on the spot. Without making excuses the fact is we had a lot of... More
