I was told I got a good deal when booking but nothing about it was good. Got charged for dinner twice on the same night, two different prices. Half the hotel was closed for renovations so maybe those rooms will be better when completed. There were bugs in the furniture. Great show put on by the staff but the eating... More

We stayed 7 nights in mid August. Great pool for the kids and views from rooms. Drink prices were good however food was expensive and average. Included breakfast very average. They charge top dollar so you can't help but feel disappointed compared to similar destinations in Asia pacific. Also check your bill as we were charged for food and bev... More

just got back from 13 days in samoa. stayed at aggies for 7 of them. beautiful surroundings great pool. food very average and expensive. some staff need a refresher course on how to treat guests. rooms average but clean and tidy. the breakfast crew were great and very good at what they did. all and all a good resort.

Booked in here with mixed feelings of not knowing what to expect. But would have to say this was the best place of our 3 different stays while n Samoa. It is a resort so much better suited for families especially with children but could see many couples both young and old having a great stay. The rooms were fine... More

Having travelled from Chch to Auckland then catching the mid afternoon flight to Samoa we arrived late at Aggies ( you are checked by medical staff prior to customs btw ) and we were warmly welcomed , had our baggage delivered to our rooms while we went to the fine restaurant for a great meal- excellent service & you must... What a great holiday - just myself and diary lol. I had to record my experience...and sometimes those of others for future reference (laughs). I was also tallying up my daily expenditure to check against my final bill (Aggie's has a "no cash" policy) - spot on. As a solo traveller I felt safe, entertained, well feed and watered, and... We recently got married in Samoa and I am so thankful that I chose Aggie Grey. Fatima and the team made our wedding so stress free and ensure we had a great time. The staff at Aggie were friendly, professional and helpful. Just brilliant. The property was clean, tidy and very colourful. We will defiantly be back to celebrate our... More

We are just back after 8 nights at Aggie Greys. In one word BRILLIANT!!! The staff are amazing - soooo obliging! Anything we asked for, they just managed to morph into being ... Second night there, hubby ended up playing with the band! Interesting (& a highlight for him I think) ... We had the most perfect weather (so lucky).... More

We stayed the 2nd week of the NZ school holidays with our family of four (2 boys 13 & 11) and friends - a family of 3. Our room was perfectly fine for what we needed and everything worked. TV was a bit fuzzy but we weren't there for that anyway... Rooms were well cleaned daily and bottled water restocked... More
