We stayed here for 8 days with a group of 25+. The staff were friendly and we always had great service especially at breakfast. Tama would always have our coffee when we sat down and would always get us refills of juice or anything that we needed. The egg lady always had our orders ready without asking. We had great... More

We had a 4 day break at Aggie's en-route to American Samoa. We had an upgraded room which was very spacious, comfortable and clean. Views of the beach, very peaceful. We had good weather which meant we could relax and enjoy the facilities. Great pool, pool bar, service, attention from the staff was faultless. ( Hi to Ernest, he is... More

Restaurant food very mediocre. Fruit in desert was fizzie (ie off) Crepes had been made at least the day before. Limited choice at breakfast. Tennis racquets hopeless. No air con in gym. Expected better when they charge for 5 star. Nice landscaping . Staff nice but some showed lack of adequate training. We were treated like criminals for trying to... More

I am afraid to report that Aggie Greys Resort charged me twice for accommodation. I booked a room in May as a honeymoon gift for my niece and her new husband. My Credit card was charged at that time. After the honeymooners returned, my Credit card was charged again. I have phoned the hotel 3 times and sent 17 emails.... More

We were here as part of a Nat Geo trip around the world a few years ago (sorry, I am just getting around to reviewing that trip) but I imagine it is the same now as it was then. Really a lovely hotel. The entire time we were in Samoa, having just come from Easter Island and on our way... More

Were staying elsewhere for a weeks family visit in apia, and on departure the flight got delayed due to aircraft issues. Due to shambolic processes by airline ground staff phoned aggies to land the last room available to spend the night until some indeterminate flight time the following morning. night duty staff were superb to book and service at short... My family and I stayed at Aggie Grey's Resort for 5 nights. Our room was really spacious (509). Buffet breakfast was really good, snack menu by the pool was ok (chips were a bit undercooked most days), and the food in the restaurant at night was really great as was the Fia Fia night. The staff were mostly very friendly,... More

We stayed a few places in Samoa, but Aggies by far was the greatest in terms of service and accommodation. We stayed in a room overlooking the water and honestly, it looked like a picture. It was beautiful. The room had fresh frangipani flowers in it which was lovely. Customer service was excellent and choice of different food without having... More

Stayed in a re-furbished room with air-con which was nice. Relaxing on beach was nice but getting in the water, rocky, broken and sharp coral. Snorkelling is a waste of time unless you go 200m in with a boat. One section also has a slimy type of black clay/mud. Not pleasant. So we spent more time at the pool which... More

We arrived rather late from a flight from NZ so were pleased to find the resort only a short drive from the airport. Lovely to awake the next morning overlooking a beautiful sea and palm trees. A very relaxing place and we enjoyed swimming in the large pool. The food was OK and the drinks list limited but the atmosphere... More
