We booked a deluxe room in March, and on arrival were shown to a dilapidated room in the old building. Refusing this, we were told the only other available room was in the new wing. A small room, one plastic chair, dingy, small fridge, cold tap didn't work, toilet wouldn't flush, exposed rubber plumbing pipes in the bathroom, no coat... More

We arrived at 6.30am but they were happy to check us in at no extra charge and provide a complimentary extra breakfast. Just delightful service, the rooms are comfortable and clean, the restaurant/bar is decent value, pretty standard island food but tasty and good sized portions, the pool and surrounds are quite gorgeous and you can walk to town in... We booked the luxury room closest to the entrance. Check in was great, friendly staff and service. Breakfast wasnt that great, very minimal selection however the cocktails were enjoyable. Access from the rooms to the pool was good, and booked in for a massage. A 5 minute walk to the Markets and an extra 5 to the main hub of... More

We were staying in a luxury room, which was spacious and clean, situated at the rear of the hotel. Our friends were in a cheaper room in the old building, which was far from luxurious and close to the noisy bar next door...not part of the hotel. They were not happy. The staff were very helpful.

This hotel offers average service with average amenities. I went there in July and during the time the view was amazing from the front restaurant seating. It is beautiful in the morning especially in breakfast time. The hotel is not so internationally standard one and usually foreign people coming to have seminar or some NGO work stay in this hotel.... Paid for the so called "luxury" room in the new wing. It was no better than a cheap motel. The pictures shown on their website are NOT what they really are (they made up a room up just for those pics). Our room was dirty! We could feel the grit on the floor when we walked across it. The shower... More

The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the markets and the centre of town. the rooms are large but very basic. the rooms are clean, air-conditioned and serviced daily, so if your looking for somewhere reasonably price and you don't spend all day in your room it ok especially if your only in Apia for a couple of nights. the... Good luck on amenities. No utensils unless you are at their restaurant, no microwave and only local TV and that is about it. Nice pool area for the kids, although it could be better. Be careful with the turnover service. They service the rooms daily,. but sometimes an extra pillow/sheet/anything can be made unavailable. Continental breakfast is limited but it's... More

The young staff were lovely but, the rooms weren't worth the price. Very average rooms when we finished our stay we looked at Amanaki down the road and they had much better rooms for the same price and a better restaurant. It was an okay stay but probably won't stay again. Pool doesn't look that clean either.
