Words aren't good enough to describe it! This was our first trip to Samoa and it definitely exceeded every expectation. The wonderful staff at Sa'moana did absolutely everything they could to make our holiday an unique experience. Kirsty organized everything to be seamless, in particular transfer and early check-in Sunday morning after an overnight flight from Brisbane. Jason made sure... More

Beautiful resort, with well appointed rooms, comfy bed! Beautiful outdoor bathroom. However, the things that lacked (considering paying top dollar $300 AU per night) pool side, no day beds or sun lounges (2 camping style ones arrived the day before we left), food was average, again paying $15 AU for lunch approx & $20-25AU for dinner. Brekky is continental. But... More

My husband, two sons and I came for our first trip to Samoa on a family holiday. What a beautiful, beautiful place. We were greeted at the airport with fresh cold coconuts and ice cold washers, a fabulous start to a fabulous resort. Our room was beautiful and the outdoor lava shower is just fantastic, loved showering out there especially under... More

Just came back from our honeymoon. 7 days spent at the amazing Sa'moana Resort. Not only the place is amazingly beautiful, but the staff is awesome and made our holidays so special. We were pampered with a beautifully decorated room, cold coconuts when picked up from the airport, gorgeous beach just a few meters in front of our room, a... More

We had booked a 2 week surf trip to the Solomon Islands, but a severe weather event meant we had to cancel that trip at the last minute. As we would not get holidays together again in a long time we decided to find another location, and quickly as we were already 4 days into our trip. We telephoned Sa'Moana... More

We stayed here for almost a week on our honeymoon back in 2007 and it was absolutely devine. Kept the husband busy with the surfing charters, and kept me happy being able to chill out by the pool. The bungalows are just gorgeous, nicely furnished, making them feel modern without taking away from that tropical island feel, with awesome outdoor... More

We just spent 5 beautiful nights on Honeymoon at Sa'Moana Resort. It was the perfect place to relax! The amazing staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. We stayed in the Pool View Bungalow which had amazing views of the ocean through the palm trees, and an awesome outdoor lava rock bathroom. The tours and service from... More

I want to start out by thanking Steve the manager , Daniel, one of the owners and all the staff from Sa'Moana Resort - particularly Friani - Surf Guide / Adventure Man - for making our stay a most memorable one. Right from the start with some frantic phone calls from Brisbane after our surf trip to the Solomon Islands... More

Samoa was a cheap holiday to get away. The resort was beautiful. The people were the most friendliest people I've met travelling. Private bungalows located on a stunning lagoon amongst coconut trees. Breath taking to wake up to each morning, go for a walk, kayak early morning, then snorkel by noon, relax in the hammocks in the evening. Awesome place... More

Thank you Hayley for your lovely review. I did respond earlier to you & a few other so I'm not sure what happened there. The weather must be getting colder in NZ... soI think you should come back to the warmth! Warm regards, Kirstin More

Without a doubt the best place to stay in Samoa. Private bungalows located on a beautiful lagoon amongst swaying cocononut palms. Beautiful infinity pool to swim in, excellent food, excellent everything. Kirsten the Aussie owner was a total delight and very helpful along with the staff members. We stayed 16 nights and even that was not long enough at this... More
